The girl with the dreadlocks could not have been nicer. Was also impressed with her skill in providing a new car key from a badly damaged key. She tried several methods of transferring the identification information from the old key before eventually getting it to work. Took about half an hour. Great service and skilled staff.

Had watch battery replaced here and service was quick

Nice guys, very helpful. Need to update times however just turned up on Sunday 10-4 open hours and it's closed at 1pm.

Fast and friendly service

My watch, with its new battery, was running slow after only 3 weeks. I returned to get the battery replaced under your warranty. The service provider claimed the battery had just popped out of its cradle. He put it back and sent me on my way.
Within hours I realised the watch was, once again, running slow so I need now to drive back into town just to address the issue, once again!
My complaint is that if the battery had dislodged the watch would have stopped running altogether. Therefore, the battery only dislodged when the service provider opened the back of the watch and the battery was, indeed, faulty and should have been replaced on my first visit. Also, there is not enough space for the battery to have dislodged with the cover in place. He was deliberately looking for a way to avoid my warranty claim. I trust I have more satisfaction on my next visit.

According to the lady with dreadlocks “she doesn’t serve people on their phones”. Some people should just not work in customer service if they don’t have the personality ☺
