Dr Bradley Gray agreed to see me at 12:30pm on Saturday when they were closing because I had a severe sore throat. Turned out I had bacterial tonsillitis and despite the clinic being closed he spent time with me, provided antibiotics, suitable pain relief and instructed me to double up on the daily dose of antibiotics during the remainder of the day to get them in my bloodstream faster. Within 24 hours I was out of bed with only a very minor fever and well on the mend. Brad was understanding, caring, willing to see me after 12:30pm on Saturday and absolutely nailed my diagnosis. I am just so relieved to be feeling 75% better and sure I will be back to work very soon. I recommend this clinic and Bradley Gray wholeheartedly.

Every medical practice should have a Dr Brad Gray! He gives so much of himself to every patient. A true asset to the Clinic XOXO

My experience has been great , great front line of staff , always greeted with a smile and courteous! great doctors too I believe , I only see one particular doctor , but I’ve always seen patients greeted with a smile and respect.

Andrew Smith was our GP for many years - always concerned, always efficient and always a good listener. He possibly saved my life when 12 years ago he suggested I have a PSA test - high reading, positive biopsy = brachytherapy - all clear! I guess Andrew will never see this - but thank you sincerely, from Graham and Heather.
ps - we have moved to the country

Absolutely the most amazing doctors. I've had chronic medical issues my whole life and these guys and girls are just amazing! Couldn't rate them high enough.

I have had nothing but a great experience here from all the doctors.

I have always received excellent service from the doctors I have seen - as has my son who is special needs.
I stumbled onto CRMC when I was pregnant and was given the name of one of the GP's from the Hospital I wanted to have my baby at.
I have zero regrets about changing doctors.
My biggest issue is the wait time, and the misinformation from reception staff - mainly regarding 'is the doctor running on time'. I have called prior to an appointment to be told 'yes'... only to wait 1hr for my appointment.
I have more often than not waited a minimum of 45 min to see a specific doctor (some I've only waited 5 min)... the longest was for a pregnancy appointment and was well over an hour.
Sadly, this is indicative of the area, other practices also run very behind.
My mother now attends this practice and is very happy with the service provided by the dr.

I feel so secure sending my family here, the doctors are impeccable. Would give 5 stars if it weren't for Jenny at reception. She is so rude. I restrained from asserting myself due to my children being with me.

I have been going to this practice since birth and it’s become entirely overrun. Way too many patients being taken on that you don’t get quality service anymore and given it’s not free, I would expect I get my full 15mins of consultation vs shuffled out the door in 3mins with simply a doctors cert for $54 so they can catch up on being overbooked. The receptionist I encountered today was completely rude (younger brunette) but thankfully Julie is still there and always a pleasure to deal with. You have to book 2-3 weeks in advance as standard now, good luck if you try calling in the morning as getting through at 8am is a nightmare. They are well overdue for a bigger team and new location given how many patience’s they are continually taking on because the service is failing.

We called this centre at 6:30pm after our two-year-old developed laboured breathing and wheezing. He was displaying early signs of respiratory distress but not at the point of emergency. We were very terrified about RSV but with hospitals currently overrun (and after calling maternal health nurse line for advise) wanted to see a local GP. This clinic was the only one open onside a 20 minute drive but refused to see us as their ‘books are closed to new patients’. To be fair, we were advised of a clinic in Cranbourne open to walk ins and I do understand that sometimes situations can’t be helped but come on … surely a doctor should MAKE time for a toddler with potential breathing issues with the health system as it is! Very disappointed.

The new front staff are very unhelpful. Needing an appointment for a serious throat infection and was told the nearest appointment was 3 weeks away but if you ring back at 8am tomorrow you should be able to get an appointment. You ring back 64 times from 8am just to get a dead phone line but when 8:30 rolls around the phone begins to ring and to be told that all appointments have been taken ring back again 8am tomorrow. Yet you ask for the nurse and look out she is able to book you in

The doctors I have seen here are great...but too bad if you need to see a doctor without 2 days notice. If you are unwell and need to see a doctor, you don't know until you are unwell...most people don't think "oh I might be sick in 2 days I better make an appointment now"... they should leave a certain number of appointments open for people who call on the day, who can't wait to see a doctor in 2 days, but aren't quite so urgent as to need the hospital. Extremely frustrated.

Good Doctors, poor practice. Agree with some other comments about waiting for appt is too long. Equally, when you get an appt, you wait a fair amount too. I recently had an 09:10 appt, and 30 mins later I still wasn't seen. There was no delay update from the staff, even though I announced myself at arrival. This is one patient that will not be going back as this is definitely not the first time i have experienced this. But if you have heaps of spare time, no issues with Doctors.

Just sharing an interesting observation with few friends about the weekend customer service girl at this center. As a longtime patient here, I've noticed that the weekend reception girl is a extremely rude. This rudeness isn't just directed towards me; I've heard from a few others who've had similar experiences. However, the service is excellent on weekdays.

If anyone from the center requires evidence, please reply here, and I will gladly provide a few recordings as I have recorded the calls. I appreciate this center because all the other staff members are genuinely helpful.

Misinformation from reception staff meant I couldn't make an appointment with my preferred doctor, wasted half my morning waiting sitting around trying. The day I was actually sick and needed his help he was booked up. Went to whichever doctor was available that day and she was useless. Couldn't give me any straight answers and kept trying to joke how my symptoms were similar to that of a hangover. I DON'T DRINK!
And their charges for what small amount of time is spent with the doctor is astronomical.
But this latest issue is reason enough for me to changer GP's once and for all.
