I went to the Cranbourne store today to have a look around. This is my first baby shopping experience and was initially super overwhelming. However Kathy spent so much time with me and literally gave me help and advice on everything from breast pumps, to prams to bassinets to monitors and I honestly could not have been more grateful for her kindness and brilliant knowledge. I went in feeling like I could cry and came out feeling like i really can be a great mum. She really put my mind at ease and made me feel like I can tackle anything that my first experience of motherhood will throw at me. Thank you SO much Kathy. You were truly wonderful!

Great service. Phoned Pat yesterday about a car seat for my grandson. She put one aside for me and I picked it up and got it fitted today. All staff were wonderful and the car seat fitter was very knowledgeable and helpful. I'm very impressed.

I placed a click and collect order for a vaporiser and forgot to check how long they typically take so I called the store and a lady named Michelle helped me out and got it ready pronto for me. Her customer service was exceptional and she went out of her way to make sure it was ready promptly for me. It’s very hard to find retailers as kind and genuine as her these days. Thank you for making it such a pleasant, smooth experience:)

Look, I love the people who work here they are very helpful and friendly. Just there systems let them down (not there fault) Shop is clean, love the stock, never had a bad experience.
But the baby registry is soooo bad.

I was very impressed with the level of customer service and time taken with us. Prices were Extremely Competitive and they matched price on the 1 or 2 items that I found slightly cheaper elsewhere. we needed help looking at stroller options and weren't sure when we needed to purchase and staff were super helpful despite knowing we were not buying (yet) letting us test a huge number of options and bringing them out to our car to show how they would fold and to test if they could fit. always warm service in our experience
