Woolworths Frankston

Today we encountered Lachlan in the seafood section at the deli department.
He was so friendly and informative and put up with our silly questions.
Young people working in retail should take a leaf out of his book, he had a personality and a friendly demeanour that is hard to find from young people at his age in retail.
We didn’t feel like just “any other customer”

Frankston locals really are spoilt for choice when it comes to supermarket options. With two woolies within short distances of each other, there is always one near you. This store is layed out well, plenty of space between aisles, friendly staff and multiple self service checkouts. Never had an issue at woolies.

The dude with blue hair named Pat always makes me smile. Great customer service and 8/10 I can get what I want at the store. Lovely local 👌

I like shopping in this store as it is close to other retailers as Henry’s(fresh vegetable market), Aldi, Fresh fish shop, NAB-Comm bank, Tatts, chemist and also Kmart all shops are close by located. Saves our precious time. 10/10

The guy Pat who works at the service desk should be in a Woolworths tv ad. He is always cheerful and he loves his job. No one shakes a bag open like Pat.

Friendly and helpful staff which is great if you are awful at finding products like I am. I could go here a million times and still not know where to find the tubed Basil.

Great place to get our weekly shop only 10 minutes away.
Everything we need on our list is always available in store. shelves are always stocked up nicely and also the friendly staff are always there to help you out if you need something you cannot find!! Cheap,and reliable,Very Clean store..

Friendly helpfully staff, wide aisles with a large selection of products. Shelves are well stocked and easy to find items you need.

The staff at this woolies are some of the friendliest around. The shelves are always stocked and there are often reasonable markdowns in the bakery section. A nice location in the centre, close to plenty of other shops. The only downside is having to pay for parking if you are there more than an hour.

I pick up my online orders here. The staff are great! Always friendly and accommodating, and that attentive that most of the time they see me coming. (I don’t exactly stand out) No complaints. Definitely worth the 5 stars. 😊

We go there regularly. Easy access via carpark. COVID-19 safety measures in place. Wide range of products. You can return wrappers for environmentally conscious shoppers. Automated check outs for your convenience.

I shop here a lot, very convenient and great staff, plenty of parking too..5 Stars
