The dream team of customer service today. All 3 different interactions I had with the staff were warm, genuinely friendly and helpful. The girl who helped me picked out wine was very knowledgable of wines even though she said she wasnt a wine drinker herself, it was obvious that she took the time to listen to training and other customer opinions . A little smile goes a long way. Thank you!

I would rate this as the best Dan Murphy's out there. The layout and selection are really good, but the real stand out is the staff. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. We try and stop in whenever we're in the area.

Amazing, friendly service! Helped me with a very large order, drinks were chilled and lots of messages to let me know when my order was ready. Also friendly staff packed all the drinks into my car.

Huge store. Great range, lots of parking. Next to Chemist Warehouse and Mitre 10, not inside Karingal Hub.

Excellent service by one of the young fellows who went out of his way searching websites for Clayton's Kola Tonic (non alcoholic) that I haven't been able to source. Unfortunately he wasn't able to find any either but I thank him for trying so hard.

Arrived at Whiskey's Of The World Tasting on Saturday. The lady assisting for the day was called Joy and she was true to her name.
Found many different whiskeys that are now new favourites.
