BIG W Karingal

one of the tidiest big w's ive been to! they had stock of all the things me and my family wandered to look at. the aisles are nice and spacious. there was barely any customers around, so it wasnt crowded in any section. i was walking through with my sister, looking for our mum and one of the workers offered to help find her and call for her over the speaker. mind you me and my sister are 36 and 42 :) it was a funny and lovely moment.
only saw a small section of the whole centre, but big w is easy to get to as its near an entrance.

We went in to order some balloons for my husband 60th.
The girl behind the counter couldn't have been more helpful. Now we are looking forward to picking them up on a few weeks.

Big W Karingal had a good range of different things to buy for Christmas. unfortunately every shop is expensive now. But Big W had some really good bargains on sale which was really good.

It was convenient close by under roof parking localised shops and boutiques

I'm from W.A and haven't been here in 6years but the changes are incredible. Good to wander through Big W.

Great place to shop for variety and value.

Great shopping experience today from start to finish. Service was first class in every way. The doorway greeter saw me looking puzzled at the entry+ directed me towards the right end of store. Staff approached me to see if I needed help+ when the shelf was bare (sold out) he got what I needed from out the back ( just delivered he said). At the checkout the staff member saw I probably needed a trolley due2 the size/dimensions of the item (or longer arms)+ a trolley appeared. 4 excellent retail staff- thankyou! Am very happy with the dog crate+ comfy bedding purchased at very good prices. Fur baby is not sure if he likes it though. I will be back.

Had an unusual problem with my phone I purchased from big W. Service staff went above and beyond too rectify my problem and offering me an exchange for a new one. So happy they were able to help me and Understand my issues and fixing the situation so I didn't end up without a working phone.

Very busy for Black Friday sale, but staff seemed to handle the rush well.

New review. It's a bit annoying, that so often I go into Big W, and they have moved a few things around, it is probably for a good reason, but never the less, quite annoying.

Still moving things around, but don't like the fact that there is only one cashier to check out, if you don't like the non personal self check out. Especially difficult for older customers, some of whom prefer to be served, rather that the technology of self help. Still like Big W Karingal though.....

Got there at 7:55 am, to be cheerfully greeted by an older lady with even-cheerier coloured hair. We had the store to ourselves; found exactly what we needed and at a good price. Over to thecself-serve checkout and, as we deoarted with our purchases, we were thanked for shopping there by another staff member. All in all, a very good experience.

Whenever in Karingal Hub we always have a browse in Big W.

Being a bachelor I realised I have no idea how to buy bedding , I got pretty much everything wrong in pillow cases, returned them after 3 months of having a kidney stone and not able to drive , I arrived with the wrong receipt , the lad with the mohawk at your service desk was absolutely brilliant , tracked down my purchase and did everything possible to help me out. Exceptional service.

I needed a refund for a item and the staff went beyond and back to assist me with the upmost respect. They were friendly, informative about my return and fast. Customer service is 10/10 at the Karingal Store.

Plenty of parking, wide range of stores, in and out in 10 minutes

Came for a click and collect as was not available in my area. Nice clean store, easy access. The lady at the front was very helpful leading me where to go. There was not a single trolley though and when I asked I was told that's because the trolley collector person had not started work yet. This was at 9.30am. So if you are heading in early and see a trolley in the car park, grab it on your way in!

More space inside the store. Better ratio of checkouts to customers. New centre has more facilities. Superior to the stores at Bayside centre.
