Coles Karingal Hub

Wasn't very busy, so got around quite quickly. Then the self service checkout. Does anyone ever use these without having to call a staff member for help. I despise these stupid checkouts. They are not wheelchair friendly at all, or able body friendly. I can't reach half of the groceries in the aisle and then it just gets worse when you get to the checkout. Get more humans on the checkouts and more floor staff to help people with disabilities enjoy the times that they venture out of their home. As a disabled person with a disabled son, we like other people we know with disabilities, combine appointments, trips to the chemist, shopping etc.
Just the coordination required, between transport, wheelchairs, shopping bags, scripts and hoping after all that, you haven't forgotten anything. It's a strategic nightmare, but it's the world we live in.
If you have any compassion for the elderly, the disabled or even mums and dads juggling kids, show your support and make lives a little easier by giving us real people who will help those of us who need a simple gesture of kindness to make each experience something to look forward to, instead of dreading it. It's not rocket science, just common sense.

So easy at this Coles to do your shopping. Very new and updated layout of the store, my only issue is the frozen section seems small.

What an exciting opportunity for the coles company, and they nailed it! A beautiful bright, open and well stocked new store. The Karingal Hub expansion rivals the other local shopping centres, with all your needs met in this produce shopping pocket.

I love this new coles outlet and it may just well become our new local, well done!

Great shopping centre, lots of variety. Car parks were very tight. O overall a great place.

The hub amazes me every time you go up there, I remember when it first got built and how far it has come now has nearly everything. You want a great place to take kids and catch up with friends.

The new Coles at Karingal Hub is great, with so much varieties of products, making shopping a good experience again.

Staff are fantastic. Prices are good. It's a pity one cannot use flybys to get money off grocery bill.
Only thing that make me go to other places.

Convenient location nice & new store. Easy to pop in & get something after spending some time at the shops.

Friendly staff, especially a young lady named Tash. Frozen food section usually not stocked well.

Good shopping centre, free parking, great variety of shops, plenty of parking, restaurants and Village theatres. Something for everyone.

Apart from the chaotic Xmas rush, I can't fault this Coles store. Everything is laid out well and the store feels very modern. The fantastic, highly experienced staff that moved from an older store that closed down, also make the shopping experience much better. Highly recommend this Coles store.
