Hello everyone, giving low stars are individual decision. We were also missed the onam sadhya but we were not as negative as many. The team was overwhelmed with many issues due to local restrictions and other unfortunate events. Understanding these situations and efforts these guys put on to meet the promised deadlines are huge and for that dedicated effort I am very appreciative. It is very easy to be criticised but might be a kindness if some level of empathy is considered for the effort. Hopefully anything they do next will be far better than Onam adventure. Give the guys a chance to prove they can deliver the promise.

Even though Onam Sadhya delivered very late,they have called me apologised for the delay. Also delivered very delicious sadhya on Saturday as well.I’m very happy to know that,they’re giving high priority for customer feedbacks

Sydney Online Shop has a vast variety of grocery items, fruits and vegetables and do very prompt on time delivery of their orders. The team is working really hard to cater to a large number of orders during this lockdown.

I would highly recommend Sydney Online Shop because of their prompt customer response. I had requested for some items which were not in their stock and they managed to source it from their wider distributors especially during this pandemic crisis which is highly remarkable!
