CIRCA 1902 RESTAURANT & ACCOMMODATION

We stayed one night over the labour day weekend and felt it was good value for money. As others have pointed out there is no Aircon so the rooms can get pretty warm on a hot day, but overall it was a very comfortable stay with an easy self check-in and check-out so would definitely recommend to others looking for somewhere to stay in Queenscliff.

Had some drinks and a meal here. Service was great. They were delayed with our meal but had the courtesy to tell us and offer a free drink . Not many places do this, they just leave you hanging. Sat outside, lovely setting.

We are from Sydney and came in for some food! Well worth it! We got the Friday special fish and chips with a house drink. The best battered fish I have probably ever had, the chips were just as great!

Friendly staff and great service! Mark’s first day and he was absolutely phenomenal. Left alone and had to get things sorted for us at the beginning, continued excellent service throughout! I couldn’t highly state how well he did! Thank you Mark!

We stayed here for the night and what a gem. Our room was lovely and the bed was ace. Our hosts were super helpful even though we didn't really get to meet them. Definitely recommend and if we are back that way again, we'll be staying.

Great service, nice outside dining area facing main street, easy street parking...

We had a lovely meal here as a group of 6 on a cold and rainy Sunday night. Dinner by the fire in their cosy dining room, with delicious food. Their wine list was a nice mix of local and old favourites. We will be back and will be recommending to friends and family. Plus they were very understanding of our nearly three year old terror!!

We love coming to Circa. I believe they've had the same chef for years? Amazing mussels, great curries. Eclectic dining room

Clean, comfortable and low cost! Conveniently located in the heart of Queenscliff.

Pleasant surprise. Beautifully restored old stately home filled with character and furnished well. Very clean premises and comfortable beds. Book in to the restaurant, meals were excellent. Evertone are very friendly and welcoming..

Beautiful historic building, in prime location. Great value for money. Easy check in and out. Sally was lovely to deal with.

Enjoyed really my time. Lovely stuff, very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and I can recommend to everyone to visit this beautiful place. Maybe advertise more clear there is no bathroom included in the room. That was the only little thing. But I didn't care about sharing the bathroom. About the food "next level". The Tapas and dessert just magnificent =) Thanks for having me I defiently will come back.

Yummy fish pie salad and chips. Family friendly. Lovely service. Accommodation is available at good rates. In the middle of the Main Street however built in the old solid styling.

I love this place. Whether you are sitting on the porch in the sunshine or dinning inside on a cold day, it just has a lovely feel. Food is amazing with great service.

Really enjoyable place. From the moment we walked in the staff were friendly and personable. Although we didn't experience the food side of things and just had a few drinks. The staff were making the effort to go the extra mile. I was content with paying and taking my drinks but the person serving insisted that I sat down and she would bring them over. If you like the idea of staying in an old fashioned style hotel I recommend this place. The architecture is amazing. Felt like I was walking in to the early days of Queenscliff. Toilets and bathrooms were clean. Rooms were tidy and gave a cosy feel. Only issue I had was first time was entering the hotel. You are required to punch in a combination and I failed to realise there was an electronic one on the handle and went for the old one still on the door. But besides that a really great hotel.

Second time visiting,
Had a classic chicken Parma for a cold, wet, windy Sunday lunch. Calm and cosy inside. Under going extensive exterior restorations, made no difference to the friendly service and great lunch.

Wow !, warm cosy atmosphere with an open fire and a good sized dining room .The owners are friendly and engaging and go out of their way to make you feel welcome.
The food was superb and the selection of drinks comprehensive. The outdoors seating looked fantastic and would be great in summer.
I visit Queenscliff quite often and have always overlooked this place , glad I tried it out at last.

We have finally visited this place after many years of visiting Queenscliff. We were there for lunch. Waiting staff were helpful, food took a while to come out but they were very nice. We will come again next time. Thank you .

Lovely old style hotel. They invested a lot of effort to make it look stylish, nice and comfortable. The coffee was almost perfect - it just needed a bit of latte art.
Will come back to try their food.
