Had uniform fitting appointment for my daughter this morning. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Staff go out of their way to help us with fitting & made sure that we are happy with it. Being new to Australia, we were not sure about the uniform fitting process, staff guided throughout the process. Highly recommend Uniform concepts, parking is awesome too. 5 star review 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Just purchased uniform for my daughter as soon as we walked in the woman was rude. Asking if we appointments and demanding to have a seat while I was trying to sanitize my hands. Then two seconds later asked us through. When my daughter was trying on school shirts she pointed out infront of a shop full of people that her shirt was tight across the breast and she should go a size bigger which looks like a tent on her. My daughter walked out and cried. Then stating she didn't need to point out her insecurities because of her bust size. Nothing but rude and pushy.

The lady I had to deal with was very rude and u helpful the other lady made excuses for her saying it’s because they were busy. Last time I checked that’s no reason to be rude
