You don't expect problems when you buy a brand new Fender guitar for $2700, but it didn't feel and play right as soon as I took it out of the box. Collins Music straightened the neck and dressed the frets for a very reasonable price. Russell knows his onions. Highly recommended.

Russell sorted my guitars out and they come back like new. A true Craftsman. Super Friendly, Best Communication and Very interesting to talk to. Had a small tour of his workshop and we were totally amazed. The main store is unique and definitely worth a visit. Very fortunate to have this service in the Southwest. Collins Music’s reconditioned piano’s were highly recommended to me, so I drove to Bunbury to try some of them. I was so happy with the great customer service and friendly welcoming nature of both Russell and his piano encyclopaedia Dad, Phil. I am even more happy with the absolutely amazing piano that they subsequently delivered 100kms away, at no extra cost and in a prompt and professional manner. Russ provided excellent service checked and reset restrung my Fender Redondo Acoustic 1985 model I have had this guitar since new 36 year old still in good shape thank you Russ /Collins Music will be back .
