Mee's Sushi City

I absolutely love the food from Mee's. Always fresh and always fast to get your food which is a massive plus on a busy workday. There is often a line of people because it's that good but it only takes a minute or two to be served.

took off a star for dinning atmosphere but there are a few tables with umbrellas. It is often just used as a takeaway lunch option or you can sit around the corner under some trees

Fresh and popular. If Sushi wasn’t trendy in Australia that time has long passed and this fine well prepared and yummy Sushi place is a great feed. Beware peak times like Lunch, it’s extremely popular, but the food servings are delicious and the queues move well. Note that Mee’s serves very fresh, even the rice is warm instead of being cooled like it traditionally is. The servings are slightly larger in catering to western preferences and it’s great value for money. Definitely worth it! :)

Terrific sushi rolls – got the , avocado, chicken and avocado and tuna rolls Very full including at the bottom the vegetable tempura was okay as was the spring roll. Cost $20.50 - only disappointment was that they did not have meso soup

Really nice sushi, and very kind customer service too. Probably the best Sushi in town! Sushi rolls made fresh and healthy with chopped carrots, seafood and chicken rolls.

I love mees sushi so much so I won’t give it less than 5 stars, but it’s super disappointing when the salmon nigiri is already sold out just after 12pm. I’d recommend making more salmon nigiri boxes rather than putting them in the mixed salmon boxes to avoid selling out so early.

As always long lines for Canberra's best sushi. Quick, cheerful and great value. I try to make it once a week to Mee's and their excellent and reasonably priced sushi.

One of my local favourites. It’s now my go to for a quick, delicious and fresh sushi. The must try at Mee’s sushi is the Chicken Schnitzel roll. Great service, great food.

What a hidden gem, fantastic fresh sushi from a very average looking facade. I thought we were in the wrong restaurant, my only regret is that I don't live nearby! Don't judge by appearances, you need to try this sushi.

Waiting for Manuka Mees to re-open, decided to head into the City. Parking was interesting, due to heading in over lunch time. The usual carpark nearby was full. The line seemed long, but overall wait wasn’t bad. Same quality sushi, still deem Mees as the best sushi rolls in Canberra. The Chicken Snitzel and Avo Roll is the highlight!

Great sushi and high quality. I visit there often for lunch. During the week it will become busy at lunchtime due to office workers and a long queue will form. The wait during peak times is generally 5 - 10 minutes to get served.

Pretty simple ingredients but super fresh and well seasoned. For the price they charge, this is probably the best value for lunch and I could eat it every day.
