Great growing company and fantastic products

The multi-function printer (MA 2100cfx) I bought is useless. It is overly complicated to operate, as is the manual. The after sales service is appalling. I have had to take the machine twice to the Kyocera service centre headquarters, while under warranty, to be repaired. I was treated like an alien. The second time they sent three invoices which after numerous phone calls and emails have finally been cancelled. On the occasions I have rung support, only once have I spoken to a person who knows anything about the machine, the others just quoted or sent items from the manual.
I had a Kyocera printer many years ago and it was great which was why I went back to Kyocera to get a quality machine. How wrong I was to do this.

Their after sale support is terrible, We have had ECOSYS M6530cdn model for some time now.

The device itself has been ok although we haven't used it very regularly, for general tasks it has been ok.

However every time I have rang their support, either for the toner or general device support they have either not been helpful or have said they will have to send a technician out which costs over $130 for call out and then charged per hour.

Imagine you buy the device for under $1000 but the support may cost you than the original purchase price, would you buy it?

Rude.
