Great stash of high quality apparel sold at higher than usual prices for op shops. Fair enough given the well curated selection of branded items available here.

this op shop is so good, but the hours are so inaccurate??? like they are barely open for long and close like 30 minutes before the time listed for when they close on google

Walked in, and the cashier was loudly talking (either to a customer or another worker, not sure) about how confusing all this "gender stuff" is these days and how scary and confusing it will be for children that kmart is considering a gender neutral clothes section.

Weird vibe in northcote of all places; apparently what we're "saving the children" from is plain t-shirts

Every now and then this place has some okay things but they are one of the more expensive stores.
Example, a $19 used typo mini back pack that was $24 when it was new, their books $5 when most other shops are $3 a book or fill a bag situation.
This is definitely more of a vintage store vibe than an op shop.
I’ve not experienced much in the way of friendly costumer service from their staff.

Edit in response to shop:
I don’t feel anyone is under the illusion that there is a shortage of second hand goods.

Selling items at a lower price creates higher turn over of second hand goods actively saving more from landfill.

I really dislike when op shops hide behind charities to justify unnecessary high prices for used good.
If you genuinely cared about saving used goods from landfill and giving to charity you would make your used goods more financially accessible to the community.

Disappointed by the poor upkeep of this shop. Plenty of items have been sitting there since my last visit 8 months ago. The holes and rips on the Levis especially are still marked at high prices.

The majority of the items in here cost more than their original value.. Anko branded items for $30 is ridiculous and ironically defeats the purpose of what an op-shop actually is; a place where lower income individuals and families can buy affordable clothing/ items. You'll have better luck actually going to kmart/ target opposed to this church run op shop that's clearly only focused on making a profit..

Don't even bother, they don't accept kids items
