Fantastic service. All staff were lovely to me as I tried on six pairs of boots trying to figure out my size and what kind of style I liked. Real experts on what they sell. Super patient and very friendly. Welcoming and extra accepting of people from all kinds of lives with all different reasons to buy their products, not just equestrians. Great quality stock at a reasonable price too.

Wow what a friendly and helpful team! I was really impressed based on one phone call asking a few questions about what I was after, so helpful I went in straight away. My instore shopping experience exceeded expectations - will definitely be back! Store range is amazing and I had to stay laser focused on the one thing I NEEDED or I could have moved in permanently.

I don't like wearing enclosed shoes and went shopping for boots I had seen online. A delightful young lady went above and beyond to help me..I think her name was Stephanie. She zipped me up, pulled out other pairs and really looked after me..I subsequently bought 2 pairs. Thank you 💗 😊
