I’m waiting for a new air conditioner to be delivered (my choice because I can’t get an installer for several days). I spoke to the lady in the relevant department and she was awesome, helping me get a great price along with contacting installers who were cheaper than any I could actually contact. The lady was also looking after the entire area by herself but didn’t once get impatient or sound stressed with my endless questions.

Gosh I will never buy anything of value WITHOUT product care. I have had the most amazing experience in the swap over of my faulty laptop. as with all Harvey Norman outlets. we're here for the electronics section, not the furniture. staff there are pretty helpful, and most will usually know their stuff. prices are pretty competetive, but as always - wait for their sales and clearance prices which comes along every now and again.

Big range of everything like most Harvey Normans, but the difference is its less crowded and really easy to shop there even on the weekend.

Great store, have gotten many things from here over the years. Good technical knowledge and after-sales support.

Mark in AV in particular has been a legend in advice on TVs, projectors, and sound. Would 100% recommend his services if you're in the market!

Called up to confirm stock prior, picked up straight away with no hold or transfer. Every single staff member greeted me as I walked through to technology to pick up the items, and I was on my way within 5 minutes.

First 2 x ⭐ great location, not quite In the city but close enough, sci-tech In the same building, so your kids can have fun while you shop.
Third, ⭐ brought in my printer as it wasn't working, they fixed it for free on the spot, took 15 minutes and needed to activate the service button in the settings.
They could have charged but seeing as I buy all my goods there they took care of me.

Fourth⭐ great selection of goods all in stock too.
No vaccine checkers or mask wearing 👍👍👍
Fifth ⭐ over all rating, never disappoints, they also sell furniture, it's time to get a new bed.

Good service: ordered a laptop that was on offer on the website and the young man got it delivered to this store for pick up. Nice and easy. Very happy with my computer as well!

Went in to buy a work laptop for myself, customer service was very excellent. Helped me save some money up get a model that was a bit cheaper with similar specs. Can't back a few weeks later to buy my mother a laptop as well.
