Luna Balloons were fantastic. Thank you so much for the beautiful balloons we ordered for my sister’s birthday on the weekend, they were just perfect for the event!!!

We ordered balloons to be delivered to a venue after a certain time. They were accomodating and sent us a picture that they had been delivered safely.
The customised balloon was perfect, the way they arranged the text too. We gave some colour requests for the balloon bunch and the colours they chose coordinated beautifully. The message card, instructions and tassel were perfect too.

Had a wonderful experience getting some balloons delivered with less than 24 hours notice. I called and checked it would be possible in advance and they said it would be no problems at all. Balloons were delivered on time & look fabulous! Thanks very much!

Gotten my kids bday balloons for both second and third parties. She absolutely loved them. I picked up the balloons the day before the event both years and the balloons lasted well for the next day. Pleasant experience dealing with Luna Balloon Club both years.

Luna Balloon Club provided big beautiful bunches of balloons for my wedding and they were perfection. I sent them a picture of the colour and style I wanted and they matched them perfectly! The staff were so helpful and brilliant with communication. 3 days later and the balloons are still going strong in my living room as a lovely reminder of my day :)

I started with a bad experience with Luna Balloons lack of communication and late delivery but once these matters were looked in to and explained to me via a lovely email I would definitely recommend them and their beautiful balloons 🎈 which are stunning my daughter loved her personalised confetti balloon. Awesome products which I cannot find anywhere else. Good luck with your business and I will definitely be back for the next big celebration. Thanks guys.

Thank you for delivering a magical Norwale to my 3 (nearly 4 year old) niece on her first day a primary school. Your website is fantastic, easy to use and with great photos.
I was able to order from Dublin Ireland at midnight and it was with my niece in Perth when she got home from school that day.
Although my order was small it was big to my niece. She felt very special and went to bed happy with her magical norwale 💜

The balloons deflated after a day! So please be aware before buying! Can’t believe it only lasted for a day...

It seems I am not alone with my review. One order, received two separate deliveries 2-3 hours apart. I contacted during business hours and received a response days later. After seeing other reviews it appears it’s a common occurrence. Our usual balloon artist was unavailable this birthday so we tried something else. Quality was poor and the customer service poorer (there really is no excuse for not delivering one order together at the same time). Do not recommend.
