Dragon Earth Truck and Bobcat Service here in Northam. I am writing to you today to congratulate you on having such a wonderful Store Manager as Simon Wooding run your Northam branch. I have been a loyal customer of Beaurepaires Northam for over 6 years and I must note to you that the level of customer service that Simon and his staff provide is nothing short of faultless. As a former Sales Manager with Target Australia, I know how important customer service is and what level is satisfactory. Simon and his staff continuously provide customer service above and beyond any other business I have ever had dealings with - EVER! This is by no way an exaggeration, on the contrary, I can't express enough how superb Simon Wooding and his team are on a daily basis. I love Beaurepaires because of Simon Wooding and how pleasant he always is. I always enter and leave Beaurepaires feeling great and with a big smile on my face. It is my strong opinion regarding customer service that has encouraged this letter to you and if there is such a thing as Manager of the Millennium then I nominate Simon Wooding to win!
