Looking for an opal for my daughter and asked if they could polish the opal on my ring. Sure they could, cost $60. Be finished in a few minutes. At the time I was extremely happy but on further opal investigation with other dealers, I found out that most would have done this for a small fee and in most cases for nothing. I told the council of my experience abd they were horrified. I did go back and let them know what I thought and they just didn't care. It is all about the money! Would never recommend anyone go there, as there is a smorgesbord of opal shops to choose from
