Naracoorte Visitor Information Centre

Lovely little information centre hosted by very knowledgeable and happy staff. Plenty of brochures and local produce and souvenirs available. Clean amenities. Plenty of off street parking including for caravans. Highly recommend to stop in.

Friendly, comprehensive, and precise information delivered by Helen. She helped us in a most professional manner, and pointed us in the right direction. It was a pleasure to deal with her.

Wished we had gone here earlier as we had left it til late afternoon we could only do a quick visit. The museum was very interesting. Would have liked to have seen more wool products in the store for purchase.

A "must go to place" in Naracoorte. Friendly, helpful staff for the tourist and a great gift shop stocked with a variety of locally made items and souvenirs at very reasonable prices. "The Sheep's Back Wool Museum" is excellent and we spent several hours looking at exhibits in the 4-floor old flour mill and also the outside area. Its main focus is the wool industry, but there are so many fascinating exhibits.

Certainly worth a visit while in Naracoorte. Friendly and helpful staff. The sheep back is a must to visit and is a credit to the local volunterers an National Trust on a wonderful and informative display . Congratulations

Very friendly and helpful! They are very knowledgeable about the local area, and gave us a 10% off pass for the caves which was very helpful for the budget.

Can fill up with water here, good short term parking for rv/caravan, excellent museum for short break in journey, nice staff.
