Low-key one of the best put-together coffees I’ve repeatedly enjoyed throughout the Limestone Coast. Not saying that lightly!

A nice airy deck with a children’s play corner. A diverse menu of breakfast & lunch options, and some cool creativity on the rotating evening menu.
The local wine list is well put together of quality common varieties, to some truly unique alternative varieties & styles for the curious. Bravo!

My husband and I stayed for a night over the Australia Day long weekend on our first trip to Naracoorte. We were both very impressed by the standard of the accommodation at this motel. The rooms are beautiful and modern. The room was immaculate and very comfortable with lots of little touches that were most appreciated like quality toiletries, a magnifying mirror in the bathroom and a selection of comfortable pillows. This motel is extremely quiet. I highly recommend it.

Close to town. We stayed in one of the apartments. Beautiful, very very clean, all new. Definitely recommend.

Service was great at check in and also dinner. Great help with providing maps and general advice. Outside deck for dinner was lovely. Food was excellentt, worth every cent. Very clean and neat compact room. Enjoyed our stay. Would stay there again if visiting.

The rooms are newly renovated and well appointed.
The bed was very warm and comfortable, including the pillows. I often get cold and need the extra blankets, but the fluffy quilt here was great.
There is a little corner with kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge. Excellent inclusion of plates, bowls and cutlery meant I could have my own food. Complementary milk, water and tea/coffee were welcomed.
The bathroom is clean and modern. Great overhead shower with plenty of pressure and temperature. Quality toiletries also provided.

Beautiful rooms with an amazing shower. The products in the bathroom all smell amazing. Dinner at the restaurant was great. After a day at the Naracoorte caves it was just what we needed.

This review is only about the hotel part of this venue as the owners were on a year-end break and one of them is the chef!
We were greeted by the lovely mother(-in-law) of the owners who was very easy to deal with and gave us great tips for the area.
The hotel is newly renovated. The rooms are on the smaller side but equipped perfectly for the size. Everything was immaculately clean and decorated simply but elegantly. All in all a great spot of you are looking for an affordable quiet and comfortable stay on the area.
Likely an even better experience of the cafe/restaurants are open!
We will be back again if we are in the area.

Our accomodation of choice for work in Naracoorte. Rooms are really well styled, and always immaculately clean. Getting a comfortable bed on a trip is always hard, but they are really comfortable for me. Bonus points for the enormous shower heads. The food is also superb, probably one of the best eggs benny’s I’ve had anywhere.

Staycation over the weekend for a wedding. Lovely frontline and restaurant staff (we love that they employed staff of diverse cultural background- great service and delicious specials). We enjoyed having our brekkie at the deck before checkout. Room is clean and has all that we need to have a comfortable rest. Will be back.

Rooms very clean. Bed is amazing. Restaurant meals and breakfast excellent. Top sevice from Alex and Cameron. Great family business. Highly recommend and will return.

The Avenue has clean, comfortable and well equipped rooms, great mattresses, and the new apartments are fantastic. We have stayed four times and have always been impressed.

Very clean, comfortable room. Food was great and the coffee next morning was genuinely excellent! Bathroom is very small but very clean! Polite and friendly staff. Would definitely stay again if in the area. I was tossing up staying at an Airbnb or here, and Im so glad I chose here!! Far beyond better than an Airbnb!

Fresh and clean with plenty of pillows... Great size TV, and away from highway noise. Food was a drive away.

When travelling in SA, adding a stay at The Avenue Naracoorte to your itinerary is an absolute must whilst you explore the region.
Attention to detail is reflected in not only the rooms, but the restaurant at The Avenue as well. Meals are delicious!
Kerry at reception and restaurant staff are welcoming and go the extra mile to ensure you have all you need to enjoy your stay.
So glad we found this gem - we will be return travellers.

My wife and I had a wonderful dinner service here. Calamari just perfect. My winner would be the Pork Belly bean purée, just goes well with the pickled salad. Excellent service and hospitality. Will come back for more and I highly recommend this place.

Very clean and modern rooms, didn't get to try any of the dining unfortunately.

Biggest rave though are the staff. I left a personal item behind and they made every effort to get in contact and make sure it made its way home.

The rooms are recently renovated and exceptionally clean. Perfect spot for a few days stay with they family, there is a great park just a few minutes walk away. Food in the restaurant was great and there is a good selection to choose from. Would definitely stay again.

On this road trip we are doing this accommodation is the best so far, clean, neat, light, new, warm & cosy, food was delicious 😋 staff is really lovely 🥰 thank you 🙏
