The staff fully deserve a 5 star rating. They are always friendly and polite and no job is too difficult for them. They all have an excellent understanding of Telstra equipment and processes and calmly assist customers to navigate their way through the communications minefield. I rate their customer service as “outstanding”.

I never so nice and so helpful people. I even didn't buy my teltra phone card from them but they helped me for over 1 hour to solve my problem and help me with my internet while travelling. Highly recommand them. Thank you.

All too often good reviews are never posted online...Well done guys for your customer service last week, not only for us but all the other customers I heard you relate with while we waited for the postal service to arrive with the order... great Telstra service and knowledge! The staff are lovely & helpful with telstra products, stationery etc but the Fuji photo machine is a dud??? When it was first installed I gave it a go & wasted my money with dark photos as a result, nothing like what the mobile camera had taken. I drove to Mt Gambier to get them developed again! This week I decided to give the fuji machine another go as the system had surely been fixed?? Same thing happened again & now I have to do the 200km round trip to Mt Gambier where I know the photos will be produced as they should be. My advice, don't get photos developed on the Fuji machine at Naracoorte Office National.

Not sure they have a high quality standard. I was getting some colour printing and laminating done. The first guy who served me handed me back printouts where the edges had been all cropped off, didn't say anything about it and just expected me to be happy with it. When I questioned this he said that's how it came out and he couldn't do anything about it. I asked me somebody else could help me and he recommended me to go to the printing shop next door.

Someone else in the shop saw what happened and tried to help and was very good. She got the printing right but when they were laminated one was all crinkled and she asked if that was ok! I said no so it was redone but she reprinted and laminated the wrong one so I got the wrong quantity of each.

In the end it was right but only through my persistence and it was a lot of effort.

Extremely poor customer service. I would encourage others to shop elsewhere. Simply not good enough! If I could give no stars that's what I would do. Appalling!
