Excellent spot to break the trip from Melbourne to Adelaide. We booked two rooms: one of them pet friendly. They were both very comfortable. The service is excellent. The location, just on the edge of town, is quiet and green. Lots of good walks nearby for a dog. Very pleased to have found this one.

Warm welcome! Staff were very upbeat, helpful amd friendly! Beautiful location on the edge of Naracoorte. Large spacious room, we stayed in the spa room. Clean and cosy! We had a reservation at the restaurant. Meals were 10/10 no faults,was absolutely delicious. If I'm ever this way again, this place is first choice!

Excellent stay there! We loved the calm place, clean and comfy rooms, kind attendance and specially the quality of food (live music and chef plates were amazing). We strong recommend it, specially as a place to overnight when traveling any route through SA-VIC.

Went here for an evening meal. The cosy atmosphere and live music just added to the fantastic table service and friendly staff. The meals were awesome. We had a great time and would recommend the Highlander Restaurant to anyone who visits Naracoorte.

We needed a 2 night stay of convenience to visit family but also a place that would allow our aged dog to stay inside with us. Well we got so much more! Our room was a good size with Queen bed, and a single bed with a small 4 person table and chairs, spacious bathroom all nicely clean and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. Our dog was comfortable with the bed/mat we took for her She had room to walk around inside, look out windows with wonderful grounds and surrounding area for us to take her on walks. We enjoyed our 1st breakfast at the restaurant so much that we decided most of our meals there. We weren't disappointed. We will be staying again.

At first, I was not going to give a rating because of a promotion I saw while having a meal. I believe in providing feedback on my own motivation, not via an incentive. So why am I rating this lodge? The main reason is the genuine service provided by the lady at reception and the interaction I observed with her team. Through her, I felt my experience at the lodge was comfortable and well worth supporting a locally run business. If there's only one recommendation I would have is that you don't need to promote positive reviews as you have the service quality led by the lady that provided my experience and I believe this will give you plenty of positive feedback. Thanks for my time there and see you next time I'm that way for any reason.

Fabulous dinner and excellent service. Make sure you come here for Friday night pizza and amazing selection of desserts. So glad we booked in for the final night of our holiday!

What a wonderful experience. Before I even arrived my room was upgraded for free. And from the second I arrived I was treated so well i felt like a celebrity. The staff waited up 45 minutes later than last checkin (I was running very late from Adelaide) just to greet me and get me sorted out. The staff are amazingly friendly and very happy to help.
The room was very clean and I had a comfortable stay.
The food and room service just incredible.
Had the omelette for breakfast both days, was absolutely delicious. I got oysters to my room on my second night, they were so fresh and tasty, would highly recommend getting the oysters. The staff remembered my coffee order. Overall such a wonderful experience. Thankyou!

Excellent motel, definitely the best around Naracoorte.

Wonderful and friendly customer service, room service is onit and well presented rooms. As a traveller passing by I really feel looked after by their genuine care and service that went out of their way.

Enjoyed the restaurant and bar, wonderful company and the whole motel site make you feel protected and safe. Town is only five minutes up the road.

I highly recommend that if you can book in advance to secure a room for yourself or group.

Excellent customer service and value for money. I would definitely stay again. Clean, comfortable, hot shower, good amenities. Enjoyed my stay.

I got the spa room with my son for a mental get away for June long weekend, before my performances in July.
And upon arrival the woman was happy smiling stood up to greet me, and very informative. Spa was lovely, I didn't want to get out! And the room was perfect for us to have our own space in the same room.
The scenery is beautiful and so many beautiful bird noises. Other than that its super quite. Thank you so much.

This beautiful couple stretching far and beyond to make their customers feel welcomed and happy!
We were on a tour that hadn't really provided what was advertised and they could sense that straight away and went out of their way to make us feel extremely welcomed and nudge up the whole trip for us! Highly recommended!

My work team and I arrived in Naracoorte for work but due to our schedules and meetings we didn’t check in on time and didn’t arrange keys for our rooms. A late night call to reception when a lovely gentleman luck answered and assisted me and manage to still get our group checked in and had our keys ready for us. He went over and beyond for us even though we were at fault. I was really grateful for his understanding and his excellent service. Only hotel will only use in the future. Thank you William MacIntosh and the lovely gentleman for outstanding service. So sorry for getting you out of bed. :/

Arrived late at night, service was great, room clean and neat. I loved that i coukd buy a wine in room after a long drive. Breakfast was superb, loved the pineapple juice too.

I experienced great customer service. Walked in the reception late evening after a long drive, no waisting time wanting all my details, handed me the key and told me to go unpack and relax. Booked me into restaurants and Also upgraded my room which was awesome. Meals were very generous , quick to arrive and tasted great.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant and the ambience was excellent, the service was superb and we enjoyed our meals. The oysters were the best I have ever tasted. The choice of wines recommended by the staff complemented the courses.
We would definitely stay again the next time we come to Naracoorte.
