Yili Ma is a very professional and dedicated agent. Several friends who know her say the same. She puts our best interests in mind and works hard to achieve them. When she got the listing, she did a comprehensive analysis and comparison of the area where the house is located, and then suggested a reasonable price range for us. She recognised all the unique features of our house and was able to give the buyer a very thorough overview. Yili gave us feedback after each open and provided us with a report each week, so that we could have an accurate grasp of the market and buyers. I was very impressed with Tony Doh straight from the start. I spoke with a total of 4 agents and I instantly knew that Tony was the one I wanted to work with, as other agents were a bit wishy washy throwing their sales pitch, but from Tony I got a direct approach and clear answers which I was looking for and felt confident he would he was the best to handle customers and potential buyers.
