Coles Malvern

My 'local' Super. Centrally located at the Glenferrie Malvern shopping strip. The 2 hours parking enables me to run other errands in the street in addition to my supermarket shopping.

A great Supermarket where one gets all sorts of things imaginable groceries, vegetables, food, meat, seafood . . . . you name it's there.

The best supermarket ever , the best bunch of ppl working there . I've been shopping there for almost 20 years and I've never ever had a bad experience with the staff, super friendly , helpful, beautiful people, who are slavering there to give us the best service! For all of fhose whingers with negative reviews , I have one advice for you, next time try to be nice and treat people te way you want to be treated, it works wonders !

Large supermarket with lots of products and fresh food.

They now have a plant-based meat section that stocks beyond meat and alternative meat options! There’s also a frozen, and refrigerated section with meat alternatives like veggie burgers and Quorn.

From every visit I’ve had Staff have been friendly and helpful. It’s always easier to ask where things are and staff have always been available to assist.

Shelves are well stocked and almost never empty. Seems to have a very good system to ensure shelves are replenished immediately.

Product range is good. There’s a dedicated aisle for Kosher food.

Found almost everything on my list. Parking can be a challenge at times but the actual supermarket is very well stocked and nicely organized.

Good customer service. I bought 2 pomegranates that I found out were not good once they were cut open. I had committed to making this pomegranate salad for a work lunch the following day. I took the bad pomegranates back and was served by Jie. She was happy to give me either a refund or let me pick replacements. Thank you Jie!

Staff here are always very friendly! the Location is great, very easy to get to, you always get good amount of car parks. This place is also easy to get the household goods you need without much hassle. I come here a few times every week just because I live nearby and prefer Coles over Woolies.....

One of the most entertaining places to shop because the staff seem to take theft more personally than anywhere else I've seen... you will sometimes see staff running around in a group trying to corner or catch someone stealing a bag of sugar, or flipping out because some kids sprayed some deodorant. I wonder if the thrill of trying to get away makes this shop a greater target for people wanting to have some fun.

Great selection, but seriously, what a strange customer group. Friendly interaction is DEFINITELY off the table!

Has everything you need in one go. Fresh food and produce, excellent variety. Extremely easy to access location. My daughter lost her iPhone in the store and the staff went way above and beyond the call of duty to help her find it, which she did. Outstanding customer service. Thanks guys!

I normally do my shopping late at night and the team members that work there are always so lovely. They also look like they have fun which is nice to see instead of walking in to a store and seeing people moping around :)

Well laid out store bright and airy. Complimented by friendly staff and abundance of quality products even Indian and Kosher. Ample parking at the rear and close proximity to Dan Murphy's makes it even more convenient.

Good variety of sanwiches and other snack

Lovely food. Helpful with a pram and seated me out of the way while baby asleep. Good service. Food arrived promptly and came over to make sure i didn't want anything else. First time I have been here and would come back again.

Coles is usually pretty good. There are some local differences such as between Rose Bay and Malvern. These will be important to seekers of speciality products. This gap favours Rose Bay over Malvern BTW. And is explainable by demographic correlation.

24 hr open. Very convenient. Close to my work, that’s even better. Walk there to buy lunch. Plenty stocks in store. Car park seems usually busy, typical for store in such busy and expensive area.

A lovely store with beautiful fresh produce, lovely & plentiful fresh flowers, great parking and friendly staff.

It's a very big supermarket that has quite everything but I'm afraid not the specific things like plumbing pro stuff but it has adequate kitchenwares. The bread and veggie area is very big altought they miss on fresh and frozen pizzas, not many options. Staff is kind and you can easily get lost here. Prices are not a good value for money sometimes.

Probably the best coles in Melbourne, best range I've seen, with lots of specialty products and it's not TOO big.
The roast chickens are ALWAYS fire.
