I have nothing but praise for this business. The quality of the beds and bases are excellent and their prices are competitive but the real strength is their customer service. When I accidentally ordered the wrong size bed base for my existing mattress they could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The two guys who delivered it took it back without question and the new base was organised and delivered soon after. Even though it was entirely my fault, they sorted it out.

I recently purchased mattresses and beds from this place and could not fault their customer service. It was just outstanding! The initial order in the store was done with Daniel, who was so nice and friendly. They called 5 minutes before they came to deliver, they set up the beds and took away all the packaging. All this was done with a friendly manner and a smile on their faces. The price was also extremely reasonable for such top quality products and delivery was free. I honestly didn’t think old-fashioned customer service like this existed anymore. I will definitely be telling everyone I know to purchase beds from here! You won’t be disappointed!

Absolutely wonderful experience and owner was extremely caring and helpful. Could not rate this family run business highly enough! Went into the store on a Sunday Afternoon in 2021 looking for a new mattress and bedframe and the owners was so knowledgeable and helpful. They have fantastic Australian made local products which is a bonus. I purchased the combo and items were delivered 2 DAYS later for free and my old bedding was picked up and taken by them as well! Does not get much better than that! I will be buying all my bedding needs from here in the future and have been recommending Mattress Galore to all my friends and family! Cheers!

My Mum recommended MG to me and I am so happy she did. This is a family run business that offers full service in that they take your previous mattress / base away as well as fully set up your new base and mattress. Really friendly staff and they definitely know their mattresses having been in business for about 30 years. I like that they offer Australian made products as well.

Really happy with our experience with Mattresses Galore. After looking at all of the major stores we found the exact bedroom setting we wanted, at a really reasonable price including delivery AND assembly. If we need another bed/setting this will be our first stop and will definitely recommend this hidden gem to others!

Having to buy sight unseen, Mark's expertise shone through on the phone. He understood how we are planning to use the mattress and was able to recommend one that is popular for that use.
We also required delivery on the same day. He and his son even managed to squeeze us in on a full day of deliveries (it was dark by the time they dropped the mattress off).
A huge relief to have the mattress for tonight. Thank you!

My wife and I ordered a king mattress with king bed frame. Service and quality of product were top notch. They also removed our old bedding, and installed for us. The delivery / install team were clean, courteous and efficient. The whole experience was A+ and I can't imagine going anywhere else again.

Bought a good quality bunk bed for my sons at Mattresses Galore! The kids love it! Mark was super helpful and provided exceptional customer service. The bunk was delivered today, old beds were taken away by the lovely delivery team who then put together the new bunk completely saving myself the headache- all this at no extra cost! Brilliant! Would highly recommend!

After reading all the reviews, I came all the way from Preston to shop for a mattress here and I wasn't disappointed. In fact, the best decision I made. Mark was very knowledgeable. We were left alone to make the decision, there was no pressure at all. I changed my mind after buying the mattress and Mark, very kindly, allowed me to exchange it. He even promised to exchange it again if I wasn't happy with my second choice. The delivery was prompt. My old mattress was taken away without a problem. I am very happy with the mattress I have got now. And I know that it is a good deal cheaper then elsewhere. Mark even talked me out of buying two quilts as he felt I won't need it. The best customer service. This is going to be my shop of choice from now if I need anything to do with beds, mattresses or quilts. Thanks, Mark.

Excellent customer service and quality for a King Single Sussex bunk bed which was delivered and expertly installed last year. Needed to ensure the bunk had enough clearance for an existing trundle bed, and Mark was very helpful in answering my questions and double checking measurements. It all fits perfectly and the quality is much better than the girls last bunk! Installation was also worth the extra charge - smooth and efficient! Highly recommend business.

Just bought a new mattress and custom made base from Mattresses Galore and it's AMAZING. Staff were extremely helpful in store, and delivery happened in the promised time frame. They also took away our old bed. Very happy!
