Great customer service from Emma,
she was upfront and honest when placing my order Simagic p2000 pedals and told me it will be a bit of a wait as it wasn't in stock and was held up in a container somewhere.
As soon as it was cleared by customs it was sent over night from Melbourne to Sydney by Direct Freight Express.
Also provided a very prompt refund for an item that wasn't needed.
Definitely be shopping here again!

I recently purchased a Simagic Alpha Wheel Base with GT1 Steering Wheel, P2000 Pedal Set and Sequential Shifter as well as the Exodus Racing cockpit. The staff at Clutch Kick were brilliant and very knowledgeable of all of the equipment. I had a budget and Sam designed a system that suited my needs. The after sales support was where the 5 Star Rating is awarded as both Sam and Emma in store were incredibly helpful ensuring I was able to maximize my set up. I have already had many hours on the rig after only having it for a week enjoying the upgrade experience and improving my lap times. I could not recommend the investment more highly with Clutch Kick and the staff for anyone looking to get into Sim Racing.

I visited Sam at the Parramatta store on Monday and he gave me some great advice on the best sim rig for my family. Every part of the interaction was positive and his industry experience helped make my buying decision very easy.

in Parramatta. The staff are fantastic and patient with me as I tried various seats for my new rig.

The store is immaculate and perfectly setup for anyone who is looking to buy new wheel bases, pedals, cockpits or motion platforms, which are all on display and able to be used.

The staff member Emma was courteous, knowledgeable and great to have a chat with, and she also dislikes Mercedes F1 which is always a great sign! 😆

I was lucky enough to discover Clutch kick after trying to research for my first sim setup. They have a great showroom that has different configurations and products. Being able to test the products and see how they feel for you personally is such a great thing to do be able to do. The product range is diverse which is of highest quality and the best prices.

From my experience Clutch kick really prioritizes the customer experience and makes every effort to ensure you have a good experience and walk away happy with not only the service but all of the items you have purchased. They have so much knowledge and experience and they really want to help you so that you will save your time and money.

I'm very grateful for Sam's advice and effort and he really guided me to make sure the products i purchased are what would be best for me. The first thing he did was ask me what i wanted to do and why i wanted to do it and tailored everything to that objective which i really appreciate and respect.

Excellent experience. He's a good honest operator, listened to my wants and needs and recommended the product that best suited my needs. Could have sold me the most expensive product but recommended what was best. Strongly recommend as he has a great selection to try out. Even though the item I ordered was on backorder it was very well communicated with new stock arrival date next day after I placed the order.
Received the item according to the promised date. I am very happy with the customer service. In regards to the item, Simagic P1000 yet to find out in long term but over finish, machining and complete set of accessories speaks QUALITY!

Sam from clutch Kick supplied all my Simmagic components a FX pro wheel an Alpha base his prices are reasonable his Sin knowledge is unmatched. He even can to my hole after hours and put all the finishing to upon my new rig, premium cable management, full Simmagic set up and intergradation to my rig, triple screen alignment and set up in surround.
