I've bought a few books from here over the years and, every time I come in, I can always rely on the staff to have an intellectual and friendly conversation with. They're always up for recommendations and recommending novels themselves, plus I've had many engaging discussions regarding our different opinions in novel taste which almost always leads to discussing authors we both love and books we both dislike. I've only ever been an intermittent reader, but the people who run the store on the days I come in always inspire to read a little more. So thank you Collins Wagga. Can't wait to shop here again for my next read, I'm currently reading The Stand 🤯

I have had the best experience dealing over the phone with Natasha at the Wagga store! I had 2 gift vouchers for $100 from my sister in Wagga with a traumatic brain injury in a wheelchair, and couldn’t do the online shopping….too complicated! Natasha spent so much time with me. Some books were In store some had to be ordered in. She kept me updated as they arrived and posted them! She was so pleasant, caring, experienced and a joy to deal with!
She is a keeper and would hope she is there for my next order! My books will never come from anywhere else in future!!!!!

Small bookshop but crammed full of a wide range of books and stationary items. Staff were very helpful and approached me first. I love a bookstore and could have spent at least an hour browsing in this one.

Wonderful range of nonfiction and fiction paper and hard backs. Lots of books for children and adolescents. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Main shop centrally located in Wagga's main street with a popup branch in Sturt Mall until new year 2019.

It was nice to be able to browse at my leisure, after checking to make sure I didn't need help to find anything I was left alone to make my selection in my own time, and they were all very pleasant to deal with.
