Beautiful place.

Picturesque views of the valley, especially good in the mornings when you can listen to the bovine calls echoing along the vale. In winter the vale is lush and green, but the sun rises at a better angle during the summer. There is seating if you want to enjoy a hot cup of tea as you watch the first rays of dawn touch the undulating hills and the distant trees of the forest atop Mount Hayfield. Many locations of historical interest nearby if you want to do some exploring in the area after visiting.

We love coming here as you get a 360 degree view of the Fleurieu and the landscape changes with the seasons. Today we bought a picnic and just enjoyed the views in the Sun and the sensational breeze. Well worth a look.
