What a hidden gem!! Thanx Mario and your amazing staff for your outstanding hospitality! My 100 year old nanna (the spoon lady) LOVES coming here regularly. Atmosphere is so relaxed and the art work is beautiful! Food is fantastic with an excellent price. Pet friendly outdoors area also. Will see you again 🙂🐈‍⬛

Visit every 2 weeks. Friendly staff and light bright space. Great place to eat outdoors. The food is excellent and the chef is very approachable. No liquor licence but this is a daytime restaurant not to be missed.

Yummy! Delicious hot chocolate and iced chocolate. Doorstop needs some mustard or relish I think but was really good, and the toastie was lovely.

Edit: still visit semi regularly and love the food. Had a delicious vegetarian quiche last time.

Delicious food. Even a plain cheese and tomato toastie was spruced up with the addition of a fried egg. The view of the creek and the bird life was marvellous.

The owner is a very friendly guy from Belgium and after a short introduction it turned out he even lived in the same place in the Netherlands as us.
The whole staff is super friendly and enthusiastic.
The food is scrumptious and plenty full 🍔🧇🧋 and the whole entourage is just fresh and inviting!!

Stumbled across this gorgeous quirky place accidentally and OMG! After a stressful few hours myself and work colleague were exceptionally surprised and relaxed of the welcoming atmosphere and the staff were so bloody good and smiling and happy and laughing, the girls were extremely professional and also extremely knowledgeable when it came to asking about the menu! Girls if I could give you 10 stars I would !

A wonderful cafe, beautiful property, nice decoration. Coffee is great, breakfast menu has lots of delicious options, Belgium hot chocolate is yum. Family owned, very friendly service. Highly recommended 👍

Fantastic waffles, amazing atmosphere, super service! I always drove past on my way to Yankalilla wishing I had the time for a waffle.. that time had come!! Went with a bunch of friends and we all loved it. Highly recommend trying your waffles with the apple pie filling, it was delicious. Will be back again to try some savoury food. Yum!

Absolutely love this place, Beautiful setting next to a flowing (at the time of writing this) creek and lush greenery surrounding.

Cosy indoor setting and an even better outside setting either under a big shaded area or out on the grass.

All of this backed by their Waffles with a variety of toppings both sweet and savoury. As well as a large range of other meals from salads to burgers and everything in between.

I cannot forget the staff either, always friendly and very accommodating!

They really have nice waffles. Only thing is I’d have expected Nutella to be warm and spread over and not served inside mini plastic cups on the side.

Recommended by a friend, and they were right on the money. Firstly the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The smoothies were delicious, and our meals were too. You could tell the food was fresh and it was also well presented. Couldn't help not going back the next day for their specialty Belicious Egg and Bacon Waffle. 😋
Seating inside and out, beautiful setting amoungst gum trees and views of nearby Glacier rock.
Plenty to order on their menu, breakfast items before 11.30am.

An absolute gem of a place! A Belgian restaurant with real Belgian owners serving real Belgian food. Located right next to glacier rock, you can sit indoor or outdoor and enjoy the view (see pictures). Try the Belgian specials like the waffles or crepes or hot chocolate.

Pictured are the crepes with ice cream, Vol au vent with non sugared crepe (daily special) and Croque madame with salad.

Delicious home made on spot meals. Hot chocolate yummy. Glacier rocks 70 metres away, we had charming very knowledgeable gentleman ( geologist) explain rocks formation.

Went for brunch with family. Sat outside on sunny morning and fantastic outlook/ atmosphere. Friendly service and food was fantastic as was coffee and shakes. We didnt live locally but was well worth drive there and def will return. Highly recommend and vanilla slices were up there with best.

If you drive past like we did, turn around and go back. Definitely worth it. The best waffles you'll ever have. Delicious. Friendly service and if they have it, try the Frangipani pie.

Delightful Cafe out of town with its own boho atmosphere. The cakes are amazing! The vanilla slice is served with a steak knife as it's massive!! And delicious!
