100% recommended this modern Vietnamese Fusion Restaurant. I had dinner in this splendid Vietnamese Fusion restaurant on a Thursday evening, the staff is friendly, experienced and always ready to satisfy any request without hesitation and with professionalism. Their dishes are a riot of flavors, textures and tastes. This will be my favourite place on Bridge Road, Richmond.

Great spot for a wider variety of authentic Vietnamese dishes. Food was superb. We tried the Imperial spring rolls (yummy crispy and delicate wrapping), Beef Pho (generous amount of raw sliced beef), clay pot pork belly (melt in the mouth), and sliced chicken salad (very fresh and well balanced dressing). Atmosphere is lovely too. Highly recommend.

It’s a cozy and warm atmosphere small restaurant continently located in the heart of Bridge Street. Good variety of Food using local ingredients and materials but with a Vietnamese flavor.

Food was nice. Service was great but a little too great, ie staff keep coming over to clear the table even when food is not finish, which can get a bit stressful. Nice ambience and good lighting.

🍲1.Lamb shank red curry was absolutely delicious
2. Lamb ribs with fragrant herbs was also very good, yet very different than the other dish.
3. Salmon salad, different and very tasty
4. Crab and prawn spring rolls, soft taste but I actually really liked the crunchy and light coating.
5. Caramelized Pork belly clay pot, so naughty and tasty but almost too greasy for me. It was a beautiful cut though.
6. Caramelized Chicken wings, probably the least recommended dish but still tasty.

💲A bit pricier than your average Vietnamese but well worth it for the quality of food, flavors and service you get.

Stumbled across this wonderfull little restaurant and I have to say we where so very happy we did. Just Yum yum yum. Subtle flavours using the best of fresh produce. Each dish we has was unique well portioned and flavoursome. The service was fantastic and the who team where so very friendly and welcoming. Drooling for our next visit. The best Vietnamese I have had in Melbourne.

Thoughtful menu and stunning flavours. We tried quite a few dishes from the sticky lamb ribs, to the Bo La Lot and beef Pho and every dish was packed with delicious flavour. Very friendly staff and funky decor. We’ll certainly be back.

outdoor seating is available and the waiter thoughtfully switched on the outdoor heater for us. note that indoor seating offers more elegant /formal surrounds. the food was authentic, generous in size, delicate and well balanced in flavour. fresh and quality ingredients were used thoughtfully. the pandan crème brûlée was beautiful surprise in that the the pandan flavour brought an unexpected lightness, and elevation to an otherwise rich and common desert. possibly a good place for date night (seared indoors). friendly service. not the cheapest vietnamese food or place on the block but worth it.

Cute and modern Vietnamese eatery with nice interior, we ordered beef pho and pork belly rice paper roll, both of them taste delicious. Would definitely go back for other dishes.

Just love, love this restaurant. The food is simply outstanding and the service really good. We had the 6 chef choices at a set price, and just amazaing. Well worth trying it out, you won't be disappointed.

The food was brilliant! Amazing flavours and different Vietnamese options to many other places in the area. So yum! Service was great! Can’t wait to go back!

Beef salad was refreshing and the beef tender.
The pancake thing was good enough we ordered a second one.
We were looking for good Viet street food. I'd say this was slightly westernized version of an eating place, but no complaints from me.
It wasn't busy at lunch so they were nice to allow us to order something from the dinner menu.

It was so amazing! The spring roll we had was super crispy and loved dipping sauce. Classic sweet and chilli fish sauce❤ Bo la lot and chicken pho were average but scallop and vietnamese pancake were superb 👍

Great night at Paper Plate. Walk in with no expectation. Not an ordinary Vietnamese food. Lamb shanks was great. Same as other dishes.
