Julie Pringle is an absolute legend of a tour guide - I did four tours - Yes 4 - did two Star Gazing and one each sun rise and sun set. She’s very knowledgeable, certainly knows all the cool spots to take great photos! Highly recommend her tours! I plan o be back in July / August - apparently that’s the best time to come!!

Julie looked after us really well on our sunset tour. She took us out to the lake, to the best spot according to the conditions at the time. We found the lake itself and the surroundings very interesting. We like natural phenomena. Even though the evening was quite cloudy Julie helped us get some great photos which we wouldn’t have done by ourselves. If you do the tour, make sure you hire some gumboots too (or bring your own)- then you won’t have to worry about getting your shoes wet and salty.

Julie is a fantastic guide. Love my tour and my dog did too! I look forward to go back and do the night tour.

Great sunset tour with Julie Pringle of Sea Lake - wouldn't have been able to get to the place on my own, the viewing platform doesn't do the lake justice. Julie also has some nice accomodation available for those needing to stay overnight.

She took absolutely lovely photos of us and gave us helpful photo tips. She is also proactively seeking to improve the tour and the town infrastructure for those seeking the amazing sights and experience of standing on Lake Tyrrell.

We have just arrived home from an amazing experience at Lake Tyrrell. We booked a sunset and sunrise tour with Julie Pringle before arriving. We were not disappointed at all. Julie was fabulous taking us to a remote area to get the most fantastic photos! We are still talking about it and have the photos to prove it. Great memories of a unique part of our country. I would recommend this to anyone who has a love of photography.

We planned a last minute get away to Lake Tyrell over the Easter weekend. After booking our accommodations, the first place I called was Lake Tyrell Tours as this was the focus of our trip. Julie was incredibly thorough in her communication, knowledgeable about the conditions that make for a good tour experience and also, went above and beyond, lending us gum boots for the duration of our trip since we had booked multiple tours with her over the three days we were in Sea Lake. She also helped us by sharing information about local coffee shops, restaurants and even suggestions for things to do in Swan Hill and Mildura.

Our star gazing trip had to be canceled due to poor viewing conditions and Julie refunded our money straightaway.

Well worth the early start to catch sunrise! Julie is incredibly knowledgeable amd passionate about the lake and the town. She takes fabulous photos which are brilliant momentos! Her salt flakes are delicious too!
