Paul came and installed smoke alarms in my house. He did a fantastic job and was very friendly and helpful and exclaimed everything I needed to know. I would recommend Paul to anyone and I would definitely get him again.

From the moment I called Paul was an absolute legend willing to help me out at very short notice. I had a fire extuingisher for a mini bus that I needed tested and tagged and there was no one else on the coast willing to help for such a small job. Paul invited me over to meet him at a job and got it over and done with in 10 minutes. Highly reccomend and will be using again for sure.

Paul, Jaimie and Lauren helped us out at two different properties and we found them reliable, prompt, friendly and very competent. We will definitely use them in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a great plumber and sparky.

Paul and Ben attended our home to fix our hot water service. They were quick to respond and fix the problem explaining in detail what the problem was.

Contacted Paul via messenger in regards to plumbing in a new fridge for us and received a prompt and friendly reply. Lauren organised Ben (the plumber) to come out within 48 hours and he arrived at the time as promised. Paul installed five new smoke alarms today to ensure compliance. He arrived early which was great and he took the time to talk me through how they all work. The cost was way below other quotes that I received and the quality of his work and the alarms he installed are top quality. I would 100$ recommend Paul and Synergy for any electrical work that you need done, in particular installation of the new smoke alarms

Called Synergy after moving into our new place as we need help getting a power point moved to fit our fridge. Paul came around 30 minutes later and fixed it all up. He was fantastic.

A very efficient company from the administration to the plumber. The staff were most obliging and thoughtful, with the plumber being tidy as he worked and explained all that he did. Would certainly recommend Synergy. They also organised Australian Leak Detection first and proceeded from there.

Contacted the team at Synergy whilst interstate in regards to a mains water leak on a Friday afternoon, within the hour they had a technician onsite and resolving the issue. Contacted the team at Synergy after the recent heavy rains for some damaged pipe / drainage. Lauren in the office was wonderful to deal with and had Ben on site ASAP. Quality work, great price and value for money. Had Electrical and Plumbing now and both times tradesmen were on time with the right tools and know-how to get the job done. Very friendly, professional and able to come out within 24hrs of initial phone call.

Did test and tag on all my tools, tested my safety switch and tested my fire extinguisher. Provided lots of education & knowledge.
