Great sandwiches one of the best lunches out there the chicken schnitzel is amazing

I have been coming to soul origin for a number of years yet yesterday the service was horrible I don’t think I will return. I asked for the chicken avocado salad, and the serving was purely lettuce with one piece of avocado and two slices of chicken and no tomato. I asked her if she could add some more tomato and chicken aa there was not really any and she responded “this is a serve” and then smartly put one tomato on it. I was very taken back with her response and the sass. I was also the only customer at the time.

I tend to purchase my lunch at Soul Origin. But of late it has been very disappointing to say the least. Today I ordered the Marinated Beef with one small piece and it was a very cheap cut of beef that was extremely hard and chewy amongst loads of salad. Not worth the price and definitely won’t return as a customer.

The beetroot, walnut and rocket salad had tinned pickled beetroot when it used to be cubes of roast beetroot, yuck very vinegary. The chicken mango salad that used to have chicken breast now has that formed chicken stuff. Disappointing

Terrible food. Banana bread tastes like fish.

I can’t believe in today’s society, you are not offering a dine in that doesn’t require disposable packaging and cutlery. I won’t be going back.

I'm a regular with soul origin. First time to this cafe at hipoint shopping centre. Coffee was served cold, worst customer service. not sure how this place exists inspite of rude attitude from staff.

Bought a small pastry. But when I tried to get some milk for my coffee, the server yanked the milk from my hands and accused me of stealing it. She said it was a dollar for milk. So I just asked for a refund and left. Very rude!!
