Awesome service from Romely! She was so welcoming, She was patient even if she was under pressure with two different customers and had amazing communication with the other staff! She was also very educated on which shoes were the best when it came to comfort and won't damage my feet, overtime.

Jayden was so patient and helpful in helping me find new basketball shoes. He has extensive knowledge of the products and made me feel like I was important and not a burden to try on many types of different shoes.
He genuinely was concerned to find me the right shoe for my type of foot and ensured I had the right fit, to ensure best performance.

I purchased 2 pairs of airforce 1s for my kids and he helped order my friends pair because there was no size available. In total he sold 3 pairs to us.
We had a very bad experience at JD Highpoint that sake day and they ruined our day. Hamish made our day. I wish we didn’t spend over 20 min at JD sport for nothing should have gone straight to Footlocker. It shows that Footlocker spends valuable time training staff in customer service.

Great place for sneakerheads. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the prices on some of the shoes are very reasonable. Definitely worth the visit...I would love to recommend them to everyone who is looking for the best and latest and quality sneakers.

Staff were fantastic, the store was really busy, but was very well organized. They had no problems at all, helping us try out a few pairs of shoes. They had good stock levels in a range of sizes. Great service.

Greatest service from Damian. After searching endlessly for a pink pair of trainers for my partner back in QLD, he was able to get me probably the last pair in Victoria and helped me tick off my bucket list for Melbourne before my flight this evening.

Popped in for a quick browse, found some shoes we'd been looking at elsewhere but a bunch cheaper.. probs would have bought them anyway but that was set in concrete when "Xrys" pronounced like chris helped us with sizing and such... the service and banter that followed was 2nd to none... i hope i happen upon her again when in the market for shoes n such...

I was extremely happy by the customer service i was given at this store last night. Delia greeted us at the front door and not only was she very welcoming and nice but she was very attentive with my needs and delivered her service with a smile (that I could see even while wearing a mask). It was a busy period with a full store and she went out of her way to find the exact item that I was after. Great job Delia keep it up!

Such great service at this store. I popped into JD to buy an item, and after receiving such horrible service from JD I was blown away but the friendliness and willing to help locate the item I was after from the crew at Footlocker Highpoint.
