Woolworths Highpoint West

I’d like to thank the manager that was working yesterday (18/5) for her kindness and empathy. A trolly contract worker, pushing roughly 20 trollies rammed them into my hip while I was getting myself a trolly from the bay. I understand that these are contract workers and not employees of woolies. I am a disabled woman who lives in chronic pain. He pushed the line of trollies right into me, hurting me. I was wearing very brightly coloured clothing and I am plus size, there is no way he wouldn’t have seen me there. When I got hurt and upset he just walked off, despite me asking him to get me help from a manager or security. I went to the front desk and explained the situation, and the staff were so kind and caring and made sure I was ok. They were just as horrified at this man’s actions as I was. He refused to even acknowledge me, and ignored my request for help and assistance and just walked off very quickly. The absolute lack of kindness was astounding. He seemed smug and arrogant, which makes me think this was actually done on purpose. It was the woollies staff that took accountability, even though the worker was not even one of their own staff. Thank you for your kindness.

The customer service reps on the mobile apps are not doing their jobs, troubleshoot!

When I wanted to know the nearest store with the item i was inquiring about, louisa gave me 5 different locations so I had to look it up through maps then she gave me the warehouse address for retailers.

The new self-service registers are so much better here, more room and fewer issues with the bagging area/scales. Good local supermarket that's close to other great little businesses, so you can pretty much get everything you need in the same area. I find that the staff are pretty friendly and helpful when I need a hand with anything.

Today I had the best customer service from Cassandra! I lost my keys and I went to Cassandra who was very understanding and made me feel like everything was going to be okay. Although the keys weren't found at the store, I was taken aback by her service and had to write a review.

Give her a raise!!

A very large area for shopping with many goods. Remember to ring your own bag and check the discounts.

Was my go-to grocery shop when I used to live in the inner-west. Varied items for different parts of the world.

Always packed. Maybe they need vending machines at the front like overseas supermarkets to reduce congestion. Never out of stock. Great customer service. Keep up the great work

Christmas Eve nightmare, i was in the fruit aisle looking at the mangoes and across the aisle I heard I big thud and saw a lady fell on her back almost flat and noticed she is a Wooly staff. It’s around 5;30 pm if the lady need a witness let me know…..I had a fall like that 40 years ago and still have the pain now. I pushed the carpet where the water was so another person won’t fall again. Another male staff came to attend to it.

Parked my car a bit too far away, tried to cashout with paypass for a trolley, Zak was super helpful and quickly grabbed a trolley for my heavy items. Thank you Zak.

Crowded the last time I went. But very appropriate spot since a lot of people go to restaurants around here. Just your average Woolworths. Really convenient and simple and includes all of your specials and shopping list needs. Can't go amiss haha.

One of the best Woolworths stores I have visited!!! Very clean, well stocked, well presented and staff are helpful and professional. Also the layout is very good. Can definitely recommend this Woolworths.

Probably the most professional Woolies I've been too. Usually pretty quiet and generally well stocked. If you want to be in and out quickly this one is the best. Friendly helpful staff

It's a good place to do your grocery. It's quite tricky to find but it's inside the shopping centre so once your inside you'll be able to find your way. The variety of stocks are awesome. Definitely a good place to shop.

To the guy that served me yesterday the 8th may, on pos 010, trans 8494 at 16.41 and to management that can reward and shape the team within the store... the guy that served me, had just before me, saved a woman HUNDREDS of $$$ by asking questions and having a conversation about why she wanted to buy so many gaming giftcards. That conversation and the positive impact it had, wouldn't have happened if he had been worried about how busy EVERY SINGLE REGISTER WAS! He did a good thing, something that I don't think everyone would BUT this is a great example of how ethics and values can make you innately suited to dealing with people. So well done to him(i think he deserves some recognition) and a great example to use for other staff training.

Really large supermarket.
They have quite a few bits and pieces that we don't have at our local woolies, so I do recommend.
Always well stocked and fast checkouts.

A quite busy place but you can get every thing here.

Always good choice for special bargains....specially if you are a member of their rewards scheme
