I've been here several times over the past few years, and I've always been satisfied. Unfortunately, it seems only dissatisfied customers are leaving reviews!

Ordered the following via Deliveroo today:
🍗 The fried chicken burger was perfect. I loved the slaw, pickles and pickle sauce.
🍔 The beef burger was excellent too.
🐔 The popcorn chicken was the highlight though – crispy, succulent, well portioned. I particularly loved the Peri Peri seasoning. The BBQ mayo sauce was delicious and smoky – accompanied the popcorn chicken well.

👎 Unfortunately, the chips were limp and bland though.

Everything arrived warm.

Exactly what the area needs, great new burger place at the new food court in the hub. I've tried both beef and chicken burgers and they're both great.
There's some seating there, though it can get busy on weekends. All burgers come with French fries.
Note that it is quite a busy place and they make everything fresh, so expect to wait around 15 minutes most times for your burger.

I had an absolutely amazing meal from here today and I will certainly be back for more. Great value for money and the burgers are better than ANY fast food joint in Australia.

I've had ever burger this side of Melbourne and can say ITSABURGER are easily the best burgers available down this way!!!

Their new store in Karingal Hub food court is heaven for a guy like me and I cant go to the shopping centre without at least grabbing a quick bite as their burgers are simply that good. Highly recommended to every burger lover out there to get on board and try these guys out.

Good burgers served with chips an enjoyable lunch

Had the king hulk burger and my wife had the classic. Really good value for money for two tasty burgers. The food was quick considering the burgers are cooked freshly and medium 😋.
The girl working was polite too.

Was a bit sketchy due to the negative reviews here however can’t fault the burger I got from this store.

It was easily one of the freshest and tastiest burgers I’ve ever eaten and the tater tots went down a treat.

Sauces were on point, will definitely be back.

Don't know if ot was a one off or magic, but that was, hands down, the best burger I've ever had. Fresh, crisp beef was really juicy, pickles were awesome, bun was perfect. I can't rate it enough. It seemed really quiet, too quite for what they are serving. By far the best burger in the area.

Beautiful burgers and milkshakes, loaded fries are mint too, heaps of options for all the fussy eaters, really clean environment to sit and eat, can't rate em high enough 11/10

I used to go to rosebud often just for these burgers! And now they’re just down the road and the same exceptional quality! Awesome friendly service, perfect medium burgers and the salt on the fries just keeps you going back for more! I felt like I was sitting at their rosebud store! 10/10 would give 6 stars if I could

Have visited 3 times since discovering store was open. Love a good Burger or Dog, and this place serves both. (Cheezy Dog has been wonderful every time). Average wait time when visited equates to around 7-10 mins - Pretty damn good considering it is all cooked to order and when compared with other local stores (RR, KFC, MCD, HJ etc) which seem to average between 15-20 minute wait times. Wonderful staff and food. I look forward to many many more daily visits during my lunch break. Having a look at some of the other responses, I had to refer to below people who where complaining about having fries included with order (whats wrong with paying for a burger and getting burger+fries?).
or in response to the comment... "but no where on the menu does it say its all medium rare".... Um, YES the menu DOES advise burgers are medium rare and served pink in the middle, right at the very top. (perhaps an edit to your review sir to reverse your claim they dont tell you its NOT well done).

Visited the new food court yesterday, looks great! Tried these burgers with the kids. We were really impressed and great value with chips included! The vegan burger was delicious and the kids loved their burgers. Friendly staff and yummy food!

Had a the vegan burger the other night and it was super yum! Was super awesome to see vegan options in a food court which actually taste good!! Staff were friendly and were clearly super busy, which is understandable given it's a new store.
Can't wait to eat here again when everything's more smooth sailing for them.

I have tried the hotdogs, a couple of burgers, the fried chicken and waffles w maple syrup. Everything has been delicious so far. Very friendly customer service as well. I will return once again.

Had an amazing experience food was 10/10 service was also amazing especially someone named tyron really went out of his way to help me and Recommend some great options!!!
