Very happy with our Osburn 2300 that we purchased from this place. It is an excellent wood heater and really puts out the heat. Also it came with a free flue kit and firewood moisture meter which was a bonus. Great customer service and overall a good experience dealing with these guys, highly recommend 👍

Purchased a vermiculite baffle on Monday afternoon, received it (in another state!) on Thursday. Received very helpful advice from Rod prior to purchase. Managed to aquire a Fire Place from a house removation. We installed it in my open fire place. The guys at My Fireplace Pakenham were extremely helpful with all my purchases. Needed a flue kit and various bends and extra flue lenghths to finish job. The advise was always spot on and finished the job a lot easier. Great heat.

I had to seek Rod Crick`s advice to figure out how many flues I had to buy. I called him after 5 ( closing after 5 though) , he was very helpful and professional to deal with my concerns. If anyone who wants to buy flue kits , please go ahead from this company.
