The Black Cockatoo Pizza Cafe

In a small village town we found an amazing city style boutique bar with a great atmosphere and food. A mix between music and car memorabilia covers the walls with a huge screen playing non stop music.
Lots of beer options especially the on tap larger and XPA ( cheapest pint in Australia).
Food is tasty and large portions , I guarantee the Chef won’t give you anything less.
Lots of choices on the menu and lots of vegan options.
And long walking woodland hikes and puffing billy railway just down the street so lots to do before or after a snack and drink.

Absolutely fantastic service, yummy food and atmosphere!!! definitely highly recommended!!! love it !!! always nice to come back and enjoy a good time!!!

We stopped for lunch at this little gem. I had a chicken schnitzel burger and my husband got one with the lot. We both said it was the best burger we'd ever had. We'll definitely be back!!

I am an absolute garlic fiend and when I asked for more on my sausage/mushroom/Olive pizza, FOR ONCE I GOT IT.
Look at those chunks of delicious charred garlic mixed in with the melty cheese, pepperoni, tender mushroom, olives, tomatoes and crisp base.
I'm not normally a pizza lover as I am very fussy and particular, but this was so good!
Husband got the Lot and said it was delicious, and the Parma was fresh, hot and very well sized.

Friendly, inviting, smokers welcome....nice cold beers,and oyster bay house wine.. chillout,and relax.

I highly recommend this cafe. The service here was excellent. And the food was first class, the staff was very welcoming , and the coffee was superb. Will definitely be back again I had the Singapore noodles it was cooked to perfection, thankyou Black cockatoo cafe , you definitely get a five star rating.😁

The two staff on tonight need a pat on the back. The ‘Karen’ that they had to deal with tonight when I was in was beyond the regular sort and would not/could not listen to reason.
Both staff kept their cool despite the odds.

Like always the Pizza was awesome.

Always get our pizza from here staff are friendly and the pizzas are awesome and now they have added burgers OMG.

The burgers… 🤤 SOOOO YUM! Highly recommend ‘Cluck Me’ and ‘Cocky Smuggler’. Hubby loves the ‘Big Black Cockatoo’. Just make sure you call in advance - but they’re totally worth the wait!

Go often for take away pizza and burgers. Lovely service and even better food

Really enjoyable Pizza which was better than most. Didn't have a lot of topping on it but what was there was really nice and thin pastry was good as well
