Jess was unreal with her customer service and can’t praise her enough. She came up to me and asked the right questions with the right approach which helped my partner and I out a lot. Forever we have been looking to buy bike shorts for my partner and after literally 30 different stores we found a winner in Lorna Jane purely thanks to Jess. On a recent trip to Melbourne I decided to take the opportunity to buy some new workout outfits, as I had some Lorna Jane clothing and wanted to get more. Upon entering the store I was so overwhelmed by all of the choices and almost left in panic. However Emily a very polite, friendly and helpful member of staff offered to help me choose some things to try on. She could not have been any more helpful and I ended up leaving with several amazing pieces of workout gear which I am so excited to wear. The staff here are amazing and were able to make the experience of shopping at Lorna Jane enjoyable and fun.

WONDERFUL helpful attentive staff ..I was looking for suitable tops to wear in conservative hot sticky Singapore.
