I wanted to give a 5 star review for Debbie Trenwith at Berri, who always made herself accessible through my first home loan journey and made sure things ran as smoothly as possible. She was down to earth, knowledgeable, helpful and easy to communicate with. I cannot recommend her enough! Shoutout also to Rohan who did a great job.

Not good at all, bad enough they taking branches, and not getting inquiries sorted not happy

These clowns could not do a simple bank transfer from a CBA account to another CBA account, money went missing. In fact, branch manager John Clohesy is still trying to figure it out?

Absolutely terrible have tried calling multiple time's it's like they cannot be bothered to answer the phone.

They do not answer phone calls!
