Lorraine was very helpful with choosing a pillow. She was polite and genuine and did not try to upsell - very good service.

Bough our tempur pillows from Snooze and finally had a great sleep the first time in ages!! We went to the store hoping to get a good quality pillow and Carla was so lovely to get us try on the different pillows she selected for our requirements. She was so knowledgeable, professional and warm, it’s really easy to discuss with her and we finally found our dream pillows. Thank you so much Carla and Snooze!!

Thus is the second time we have made a major purchase of beds for our family and again it was an excellent experience. 10 years later, they could look up what we had purchased previously on their system and advise us of equivalents in their current range. Lorraine listened to what we wanted and was able to answer all our questions and more. Our needs have changed and Lorraine could point us to what was available now. We were able to try the beds. My 16yr old niece wants a totally different bed and I need a softer mattress. We are members and were able to take advantage of sale/discounts. All the profits we ordered are available before Xmas and the mattresses are made here in Melbourne, which is important to me. Delivery charred are reasonable and the beds are unpackaged and set up and all rubbish taken away. They will even dismantle my nieces old bed for us. I can't recommend them highly enough. And a very special Thankyou to Lorraine.

Great customer service! Received help from Ben in store today and he took the time to explain all the differences so I could find a mattress that was right for me.. (not easy to do) Ben was super friendly and patient and made the shopping experience delightful in a what was an otherwise manic day!

Just visited the store and was pleasantly helped by Frances. A lovely experience, with a helpful friendly lady with very good knowledge of the range of product's we were interested in.
Frances was an attentive and genuine sales person, and not at all pushie or fake. Thankyou for your time Frances. If and when we decide to purchase in the future, we would consider dealing at this store with you. Frances and also mentioned any of the staff in the store are all helpful, lovely to see that good service is alive and well.

bought sealy jasper matteress. really bad quality and poor customer service. not worth the price and sealy not willing to change even under guarntee. stay away from sealy products and matress, not the money worth
