What a lovely cafe to have a late lunch after our visit to 'Sculpture by the Sea'. Highly recommended by our friends who went with us. Indeed it was worth the visit. Most friendly & hospitable owner & manager (Yen) & great atmosphere. Excellent food & very presentable & coffee was good too. Reasonably priced. Will be going there again! their beef ribs are a testament to their culinary prowess. The ribs were impeccably cooked, tender to the bone, and packed with flavor. The smoky, charred exterior gave way to succulent, juicy meat that practically melted in my mouth. The accompanying sauce was a harmonious blend of sweet and savory, perfectly complementing the rich, meaty goodness of the ribs. A definite must-try for any meat lover!
Envirment is beautiful too, definitely come again !

Was invited to try some of the new summer menu today that will be available in the near future. Lovely food always.

Coffee was good and garlic, ham and cheese toastie was very tasty (way better than photo looks). Amazing value for $11. Shout out for the interesting sounding menu too. Hopefully come back for the chilli crab scrambled egg and miso pork belly.

Typika is a lovely cafe. The floor plan is open and airy making it an inviting space to spend some time. The Dang Dang beef was soooo delicious. This dish was beautifully presented, and full of flavors of chili, basil and coriander. The croquette was indeed crispy as promised. I highly recommend popping in for a meal. There are a lot of options on the menu! I'm definitely going to stop in every time I am in the area.

Yum! Had the beef rib. It was so tender and falling off the bone. Great salad too. Dressing comes on the side in a little glass jar so I can decide how much I want to put on.

Large space with good menu. It was busy but they had lots of staff - including in the kitchen so food didn't take long to arrive.

Huge warehouse-style, superbusy at 11 on Saturday but service was quite fast. Can't book but line moves quickly and there are lots of tables.
Service was lovely, we got the babycchino right away (as a parent you know this is great!!), the waiter brought us a dog water bowl, and we broke a glass but he was extremely nice and helped us clean right away.

Food was wonderful too, my husband reckons "best huevos rancheros he's ever had". My hot bird (Korean fried chicken on savoury waffles) were great too, a bit too saucy and wish I had gone half with something else as the portion was quite big.

Lots of different food options, some Asian fusion ones that I'd love to try next time.

Found this place after dropping the mother off at her appointment. Absolutely stoked with this the food, service, and atmosphere of Typika! I had a delicious cappuccino while I waited for the kitchen to open (at 7am), and had the Miso Pork Belly Benedict for my meal which was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. I spied a Vietnamese coffee on the menu, so I absolutely HAD to try it (drank it before taking a picture. Sorry not sorry. It was SO good!).

I highly, highly recommend this place, even after only one visit! The prices are fairly standard for a cafe/restaurant like this. I paid about $24 for my meal which is SO worth it!

This is my first time visiting this restaurant. I love this place so much. Nice food. Nice place to have brunch with family. The restaurant was busy around 11am but from the order til we get our food was fast. I would come back regularly.

I have been coming here for a good few years now and the food is constantly of the highest quality. Always fresh and very tasty. The fusion of flavours always impress and delight the taste buds.
Service is always swift and efficient, even in these troubled times.
You would do yourself a great favour by popping in and trying all the best this place has to offer.

Great place. Great food. The service could sometimes be slow in the weekends but that’s because it’s always packed (which is a good sign). Coffee is always amazing here.

Came for brunch at 10am on a Sunday morning and even though they were packed and busy, they easily found us a comfortable table for 4 adults and 2 prams.

We ordered the miso pork belly benedict as it seemed really popular throughout the cafe and we could see why! This dish was absolutely spectacular!! All the flavours blended together so well and the pork belly was tender and bursting with flavour! I heartily recommend this dish!

We also tried the spicy beef benedict but found it slightly dry and not as impressive. I tried the tiramisu latte and was surprised the liquid was warm! Our friends ordered the iced coffee and said it was delicious so I will definitely give that a go next time!

Price for 4 people food and drinks came to about $120 so not cheap for a brunch. But I have to admit that's fair after tasting and seeing all the fresh and generous portions in each dish.

Amazing ambience and service. Food was great, Asian fusion westernised cafe. Very unique. French toast was a bit too sweet for my liking but overall a great place for good food.
