the vegetarian dumplings here are so good. the service is really good too. very nice staff. good choice of self serve cause, napkins and chopsticks and plenty of chairs and tables when its not busy. very good place

I read all the reviews to date for Dumpling Chef Chirnside Park. To be fair I feel some of the comments were written by some really nasty people out to destroy this business. For me, I eat lunch at this fantastic Asian store often & I HAVE NEVER found the food to be yukky, inedible or anything near those comments. I especially like the seafood laksa & the beef chow kueh teow. Serves r generous with heaps of ingredients. Always fresh & sliced beef in Chow kueh teow is always tender & tasty. Keep it up chef, you are my food hero....BTW the lady at the counter is super friendly & helpful too....keep smiling.

If you like beef Char Kwei Teow this place has the best one in Melbourne. A very generous serve and the staff have always got the biggest smile for you. Highly recommend it. Do yourself a favour and get some. 👅

I had the Taiwanese beef noodles were were very good with very tasty soup and large amount of very tender beef, this was just a good as some beef noodles I had in Taiwan.

Dumpling, wontons and the other snacks were very salty — I didn't enjoy it, but my little sister seemed to have liked it.

But here's a 4 stars for having a good and friendly customer service. Along with a clean looking store.
