Heidi is so personable and also knowledgeable about local real estate trends, she suggested a reasonable asking price for our property and whilst we didn't quite reach that target we were given choice of 3 purchasers and went with a cash buyer as this was the most convenient for us. The advertising package is comprehensive, Krystal photographed our property extremely well and us a delight to deal with. Gary showed potential buyers our property and kept us informed of progress and possibilities. Excellent communicator. Tom worked tirelessly on the sale of our father's property. We had a few contracts fall through but Tom kept positive and found the right buyer for us. He communicated frequently and kept us informed of everything via email and phone. The absolute best. Heidi is amazing. We first met when we were looking to move to St Helens.
