Amazing. We just had our COVID tests here. Sure - long lines. But amazingly organized. People waiting were patient. The traffic controllers organized and 'Kate' our tester was friendly, professional and efficient. Well done QML and well done all. So many people to get through and this structure and efficiency is very encouraging. Stick it out Folks. It is worth it!

Been there several times now. Peak and non-peak. They have a lot to deal with and at times a car full of people including younger children that require testing. I think they’ve always been courteous and as efficient as possible.

Keep doing the right thing everyone and we’ll get through this situation. I’ve not seen anyone in cars that have been rude or abrupt so let’s keep that up too. They have a tough job at the moment. I certainly wouldn’t like to be at the testing sites working day in and day out. Thanks QML!

Would recommend. Drive thru which means you can sit in the car in your air con. The process was well signed, well organised and although it was busy, I got through the whole process in about an hour. Staff were professional and kind, regardless of the hot day and having to deal with so many people. No access to toilets though, so probably not ideal for families with small children.

I was one of several hundred people attending the drive through fever clinic today. The staff were incredible, they worked so quickly and efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude. Well done to you all.

Did the COVId test for travel, it was easy and smooth process. They are open for 24hrs only for results. The specimen collection times are limited to day working hours.

Well organised, fast and efficient staff. Took less than 45min to get tested. Opening times on website should be updated as I went there just after 6.30am on a Tuesday and they they were already testing.

How lucky are Southside Brisbanites... I just quickly went through the Murrarie QML Drive-Through to be greeted by polite, articulate, patient and professional health carers. The next time anyone complains about anything in this country, stop, think and then open your mouth or your keyboard.....let's see how ebullient I am when the results get texted to me!

Excellent team at Stafford today, collected my samples for Diagnostic Genomic Testing at Fry Lab in USA. QML, Tracy and Nael, were very accommodating, thank you so much.

Having fasted for the blood test, the nurse completed the extraction of the blood samples and I was on my way with a minimum of fuss

Have attended Cleveland office on a number of occasions now and have found staff always, efficient, fast, courteous and helpful.

Staffed by the most helpful and kind people. They dealt with our complicated case with no complaints and went out of their way to assist.

Had to be tested for COVID and the staff were very efficient and professional with clear directions and signage.

Just done covid test for travel through and it was very very good. No pain at all.
