Had our second visit to this great Vineyard & it was a good as the first 12 months ago. We were so impressed last year that we took home a bottle of all 4 offerings & this year was no different. A wonderful experience with Julie & her team, we can’t recommend this little piece of paradise any higher & we look forward to another visit next year thanks.

The loveliest little winery! Run by a lovely couple that were just so accommodating and they had just one other lovely lady that taked us through our tasting. Wines were delish, particularly loved the newer pinot noir, exceptional! They even let us walk down to the little creek on the property to try and spot the platypus living there when we expressed how anxious we were to see one. Just stunning all round! Highly recommend 👌

We were surprised how busy Priory Ridge were on a cold wet and blustery Saturday afternoon. Would definitely book a tasting in high season!
Exceptional wines with a knowledgeable and passionate host.

The staff were extremely welcoming, informative, offered absolutely everything and more in terms of travel advice, resources and even firewood. Didn't even pay a tasting fee as we bought a few bottles. The wines were crisp and beautiful. Wish I lived near here, would go all the time.

Amazing wines and one of the most beautiful little wineries in the region, overlooking the valley. Really good Pinot Noir and Chardonnay! The owners were so nice and really passionate of their wines. Highly recommend it!

We wanted to visit a cellar door on our travels before our day ended. Priory Ridge stood out on the way past after browsing reviews. Wandering into the rustic, homely cellar door, we were warmly greeted and seated by Julie. She was kind enough to, during our tasting (costing only a donation of your choice!), educate us young wine novices on everything from how wine is made to the ways flavours & aromas are described, and even the aging techniques used to craft luxury wines. While this vineyard doesn't have the grandeur of other well known establishments (though it is still a pretty site), don't pass up the opportunity to experience a quaint, cosy tasting in a 100-year-old former sheep-shearing shed! My girlfriend bought a bottle of their Chardonnay at my urging - I had never even enjoyed wine until after this tasting! Thanks Julie :)

Lovely, just lovely. Cosy and sweet with amazing wines. Cheap for a tasting.

This was a really worthwhile visit, the range of wine we tasted was small but very much fashioned on site and authentic local wines. Commentary on the wines and assistance to visit other places was generously offered. Highly recommended.

I spent the weekend visiting different wineries in the east coast and I had the best experience here. Not just a great wine but great experience overall.

What a lovely little place that we stopped off at. The wines were lovely, but the hospitality from Julie and David was so warm and inviting. We enjoyed this stopover more than any other on our tour of Tassie. Tony, Deb, John, Katrina, Richard and Wendy

Fantastic Savignon Blanc in a wonderful rural setting. We truly loved our afternoon at Priory Ridge Winery talking with Julie, who is so calmly enthusiastic about the Tasmanian wine industry and her 150 year heritage in this special region. We loved looking over the lambs grazing while sampling wine from this family-owned and operated vineyard. I really can’t sing the praises of this unique and special Tasmanian place more highly. Thank you, Julie and your husband, for our memorable afternoon at your shed and vineyard.

The wines were lovely, we particularly liked the sauv blanc and chardonnay. The sauv blanc is served at the Sydney Opera house!
The real treat was the service - the owners are also members of the local chamber of commerce, and provided us maps and tips on where to go in the area.
Beautiful wines and a beautiful couple.

We're very happy to have stopped at this winery. The lady who helped us was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and gave us some maps and great information to help guide the rest of our holiday. The location was very sweet with a nice log fire to sit in front of while we tried the (delicious) wines! We're very grateful for our stop there.

Couldn't pass checking this place out after reading the reviews and we were not disappointed! Quaint little shearing shed, absolutely delicious wines and amazing service from the lovely couple who own it. Full of knowledge about the wines and gave us lots of advice for our travels on places to go and stay. Was pleasantly surprised that tastings were donation only if not purchasing, otherwise free!
