No waiting and efficient service provided.

Excellent experience dealing with Thomas Chou at this NAB branch. He helped us with a loan pre-approval in just over an hour.

Branch is not equipped, don't have basic change counting equip. with either of the tellers. Service was slow due to issue with the system and poor staff training, always have a long wait. Dirty smelly branch, have cobwebs everywhere with no proper lighting.

Very busy branch with little pkg. I was told you can park in ANZ spaces. Customer Service is quite poor with NAB.

Im a brand new NAB customer whos been approved and given a $15k credit card , and even now with the damn thing in my hand, im told I got to back to a branch because they dont think Im a real person. I've been to this branch multiple times to try and get a resolve on getting my new credit card issued and working because the NAB application process is broken and horrendeous. Everytime only the manager knows the answer when speaking with staff, and everytime the manager is too busy to see me and will call me back tomorrow, even if I ask to wait. I have nothing positive to say as a first time customer for the NAB, I can only warn others to avoid banking with this brand, theres something seriously wrong with everything they do top down. Even submitting a complaint via their online channel goes on deaf ears, weeks have passed without a response. I get the impression Im meant to be serving the bank and they are the customer, their time is consistently more important than mine. Absolutely useless bank.

This place is a joke. I waited 30 minutes only to walk out and achieve nothing. They are useless.

Terrible. Always queues and one person on the desk!!! Get more staff in to assist at busy periods. The amount of times I have to leave because iv been stood waiting over 30 mins!!!

Ridiculously understaffed every time I come here. Customers sitting down in the queue because the waiting time is at least 30 minutes. How about NAB invests some of its bulging corporate profits into essential customer services.

This is clearly an issue of not enough employees. I've had to wait a minimum of 30 minutes every time I have been here. Please just hire more staff, I shouldn't have to carve out an hour and a half for a trip that should take 10 minutes.

Never come during your lunch break, because that how long you are waiting just for 5 mins service.

I walk-in today at Nab Newstead to get my card fraudulent transactions to be fix and card to be cancelled. The lady told me, she can't help me. And yet she said, I can do it myself, online and contact the fraud team. It doesn't end there, I came home and do what she suggested. Talked to the fraudulent team online, follow the prompts and unfortunately it can't be done online, due to few transactions that needs to be fix and to prove my identity. And again, I was told to walk in to a NAB branch. 🙄.
Went to the one in the City at George St. And Lin was so helpful, she get it done for me in few minutes.
Why, NAB don't have consistent services to us customers? It's very annoying and a waste of time.

Such slow service. Only two people working and a totally empty desk where two others could work, but there’s not even any computers there. Severely understaffed.
