I had my rear brake pads and rotors replaced on my BMW M5. P&P are very professional, efficient and friendly.

I priced this at the dealership and another independent and chose P&P based on reviews and their competitive price.

They were even able to add the service to the electronic service log on the car.

Expert quality and knowledge. Fairly priced. I only really go to P&P because I dont have to worry if they did a good job like other shops and theyre averagely priced. So all in all you’re getting really good money for value. You can go to a place for $100 less but it’ll cost you long term. Been going for over 10+ years on like 5-6 different cars at this stage. Never disappointed with the quality of service and repair.

I brought my VW MK7 Golf R in because it wasn't running right. Simple things that other mechanics should've picked up on but didn't. The boy's at P&P were meticulous when going over my car. They found every fault and were amazing at communicating the problems with me. Because I was getting a stage 2 upgrade they fixed some faults whilst doing the upgrades and saved me money on labour. An example of their amazing service was when they were changing my clutch they noticed a seal wasn't right at the back of the engine. It would've lasted a little longer (another year) but they decided to just change it to save me labour costs and all the hassle down the road. When talking to Will he never tried to sell me anything that would be a waste of money. Everything he recommended had a purpose and had been tested by them. My car is running like brand new again, and the stage 2 upgrades have made the car so much fun to drive. Thank you for everything P&P I'll be back for sure.

After a frustrating experience with a dealer I came to Prestige and Performance for a DSG Clutch replacement on my Volkswagen.
I was super impressed at the communication and explanations of the issues, plus them making an effort to save me money when it came to sourcing parts.
After that I brought the car back for it's scheduled service and was again impressed with the friendliness. I've had a couple of unrelated electrical issues since (like a brake light going out the week my kid was going for his Ps test), and both times I've dropped back in and been sorted out on the spot.

While I'm far from a regular customer, I'll always being the VW back here and tell anybody who asks. I'm a huge fan.

Been going here for a few years now, first with a VW and now with a Skoda. Great little workshop and very busy (for a good reason). No frills service, where the focus is on getting the car back on the road without the fluff. Staff are upfront and honest about upcoming maintenance issues and not pushy to charge extra.

VERY impressed with Mike and the team at P&P! My MK5 GTI was plagued with the key barrel lock-pin issue, and Mike very calmly assured me they would have it sorted within a day or two. The morning after I dropped the car in, I get a call saying it’s all fixed and ready to roll.

Turnaround was quick, and pricing was very reasonable [all considered].

These guys have been servicing and looking after our cars for many years now. I can only rate and speak very highly of them. If you own a German car, I wouldn't go anywhere else in Brisbane and area.

Joe and the team really looked after me when my rear diff blew out on my GOLF R. Always prompt with replies and keeping me up to date with everything. Really made me feel welcomed and a valued customer.

The pricing was fair given the size of the job, I was actually pleasantly surprised when I got the invoice.

I can happily say they have won me over - a Volkswagen service Centre isn't even in the same league as these guys!

Supplied and fitted Remus catbac to my F32 420i M BMW. Supplier was a complete loser but the guys came through for me. The Beast now breath so much better and runs exceptionally well. Highly recommended

100% the place to go for all Euro car maintenance. After a regular service on my MK6 R, some issues were found and the boys had no issue explaining what was needed to fix these. Two days later, they were able to book me in for the needed work and it was done to a high standard.

I feel welcome by these guys and enjoy going there even though I spend thousands at times. Have a Golf R and had service and few performance upgrades done and I'm very happy with it. Mike is a great guy and patient. I have emailed him countless times and he is always polite and helpful. Highly recommended.
