Very very very nice service!

We came in hot with an emergency, after our BT-50 drive belt snapped literally 200m before the shop and they immediately assisted us without any hesitation. Apparently they gathered very capable people who helped us out, even with warranty questions.

Would always come here for all kinds of service.

On ya Mazda Northam! 🤩

I recently purchased a new CX-5 from Northam Mazda and the experience was fantastic! They did not try to sell me a vehicle, but helped me purchase one. Jo, Bryan and the whole Northam Mazda team delivered a stunning vehicle. Thanks so much!

Very happy with the standard of vehicle service at this dealership. The scheduled work is done, any extras explained. No sense of other things being done that aren't needed. Friendly staff, customer lounge available.

Easy to do business with. No hassles with aftermarket sales techniques. Worth the drive from Perth as we did to buy a new BT50

I have only walked past this site.. Looks good. Again. Bye country instead of Perth. ( Rural needs cash )... Licence plates.. You can always have " Perth "...

Booked my car in for a service and some oil leaks to be fixed that they found on inspection prior to this booking. Proceeded to not fix the oil leaks after I had to clarify multiple times I wanted them fixed and then gaslighted me saying I didn't specify that's what I wanted. Didn't inform me what was to happen for a full service, proceeded to rotate my tyres and damage my rims and then say it was impossible not to damage them when everyone else that has worked on the rims has never had a problem and refused to cooperate any further. Mechanic even admited to not installing rims back onto vehicle appropriately with a rattle gun and was fully aware of the damage. Also missed obvious damages to vehicle such as suspension. First time using Mazda to take care of my service and never again safe to say. Head mechanic and young lady in admin were lovely and never have a problem with parts manager.
Occured back in March but still heart broken about the damages to my pride and joy.

Will take your money and not follow through on warranties and deny responsibility whenever possible.

Response to owners response;
Director claimed warranty was null and void at 12 months, to which i asked to see something in writing, then told to contact the supplier myself, after having done so discovered warranty is for three years. Part was tested by an independent, reputable business and found faulty.

The manner of customer service is appalling and unprofessional, no ethical standards.
